UCC......hmmmm, I have been trying to figure out what it stands for. It has a meaning and maybe as the series progresses we get to find out. So for now, what I do know is this is going to be a series about friends who are thick as thieves. Each one of these friends gets her own book. There are 7 girls and each one has uniqueness but their common bond is their friendship. I am looking forward to reading about all these strong and loyal women. So UCC Saga 1.... Disheveled-

Delilah "Dia" Jameson is an art gallery owner and wants to find love. The problem is that she has Cole Sterling as a roommate. He's a lawyer, he's gorgeous, they have been friends forever, and she has loved him forever. But he's a player and Dia need to get over him. So she decides, why not try online dating? But Cole has a few secrets and decides to give Dia some pointers as she tries online dating. You need to read Dia's online experience for yourself, but if I could have that type of experience-SIGN ME UP ASAP!!

This book is not a surprise. It's a friends to lovers story except with a twist. It's a fun and sexy twist. The book is full of quick wit and steaminess. Once you open the book.....the fun, the sex, and the friendship will suck you in!!!

Before ending, I have to mention the acknowledgements.....I loved that the Eva created this series in honor of her friends. What a testament to friendship to create and fun and sexy series with your friends in mind-I LOVE IT!!!! Bravo Eva -You ladies are a great group!!!

Sometimes I need a good dose of rom-com in my life and this book fit the bill. It was such an easy and fun story and read like a show I'd enjoy watching. It was hot and sexy, sweet and funny, and I can't wait to read more from this author.

Delilah and Cole have been roommates and besties for 4 years. She's been in love with him almost the entire time but is reluctant to risk both their friendship and her heart by succumbing to his charms. The introduction of a sexy stranger helps her get her groove back, but will it be enough to give her the courage to take a chance on love?

I really appreciated getting a little of Cole's POV, but I would have loved getting more. He was incredibly hot as a character (dirty talker) and I would have liked to get to know and connect with him. I need to know what UCC stands for!! NOW!! The ending implies that there will be more to the story (hopefully it's more about Cole and Delilah because I had little interest in the other characters) and I hope the meaning of UCC eventually becomes clear.

This was a delightfully light read with a touch of smut. The princess does get her prince charming!!

5 "...I have a good feeling about this." Stars

This is my first title written solely by Eva LeNoir and certainly won't be my last. Having recently read and enjoyed Blackballed, a book Ms. LeNoir co-authored, and then seeing this gorgeous cover on Disheveled I couldn't sign up to read fast enough. Needless to say, I'm now hooked on the #UCC saga thanks to Cole Sterling and Delilah Jameson so I can't wait to see what future installments to the series hold.

Disheveled, written simply with a lot of heart and humor, reads fast enticingly leading you into the DC area to fall in love with Cole, Delilah, and the #UCC girls. This book makes you feel good about love stories. It's light hearted, no overwhelming pain or suffering from either character, allowing to simply enjoy reading the story and with a big smile on your face.

Cole and Delilah are roommates with a very close relationship they both cherish. With their friendship providing a solid foundation in their lives neither Cole nor Delilah have pushed for anything beyond simple flirtations. They're really sweet together and super cute with their banter, useless but fun knowledge of 80's movies, and the intimacy the reader feels between the two as we get cozy reading the changes subtly happening in their relationship. Cole, a hard hitting lawyer, who's good-hearted manipulations make him all the hotter because LeNoir reminds even book boyfriends are men. And men aren't always the most romantic with over the top gestures and they don't know all the right things to say all the time. This author made her hero make a well-intentioned mistake we can all see plain as day while the heroine remains obviously out of the loop. Through arrogance and total hotness we fall in love with him, knowing what he's doing and seeing the romantic version of it. He fits this descriptions because of his charisma, charm, and quick wit - his confidence oozing from the pages making him totally delicious. His match, our heroine Delilah, oh my did this woman crack me up. Having a four year long crush on your roommate/best friend who happens to be an extremely hot man whore doesn't bode well for the slightly neurotic art gallery owner. She hides behind a thick wall of assumptions never letting her heart too close to Cole's masterful hands. But her reactions to him, her actions because of him, her affection for him - all make her true colors shine beautifully. There's a moment this woman is sitting in her sweats, all done for the day, where she's a real, honest woman. She doesn't need to anything ostentatious to provoke Cole or the reader because Eva LeNoir gives us the real deal. It's easy to see why Ms. LeNoir matched these two and did so quite perfectly.

In an effort to preserve the plot - which was another aspect I really enjoyed about Ms. LeNoir's writing, she doesn't play guessing games since the clues are there for the taking. As a reader it was just a joy to feel relaxed and content while reading a fun, romantic journey where the heroine is totally out of touch so I'm not revealing anything specific that happens plot wise. Expect humor from the #UCC girls as they all see the chemistry between Delilah and Cole while they willingly share details from their own love lives intriguing you to want to read their stories. Meet characters outside the #UCC who you'll want to know more about (ie. Jade). And experience what it's like to be in love with your best friend and roommate and have that come to fruition in a really ass-backwards yet so perfect way. The whole plot of the book really lent itself as being part of the characters. It's a little out there but it fits Cole and Dia so perfectly I couldn't have imagined anything else.

I can't say enough how much fun I had reading Disheveled. It's the perfect Sunday afternoon, contemporary romance read where you just want to kick back and enjoy a simple, zany, funny romantic book told mostly from the heroine's excellent POV with a few chapters told deliciously from the hero. These characters are ones with whom Eva LeNoir makes it easy to fall for between the pages. She made me laugh out loud numerous times. I can't wait to read the stories of the next characters in the upcoming installments of the #UCC saga and find out the meaning of #UCC. Figuring we'll get more insight into Cole and Dia plus meet more funny, real characters like them - it'll be a great series to follow.

**Reader's note** Shout out to the women of the real #UCC who inspired this series. I support you all, including you Eva, and think you're an awesome group of loving, caring, kind, funny women. There were parts of this book that had me laughing out loud just a little harder thinking of you all who had inspired these parts of the story (ass-biter, in this instance I'm talking to you!). You're a special force of women in the reading community and I'm grateful e to know all of you just a little bit.

Disheveled was born from a chat group where a few friends and myself would talk about our favorite books. We would joke and laugh and throw out anecdotes about our daily lives. It was also a place for support and virtual hugs at any time during the day (different time zones can do that).
One day, we laughed about how we should write a book with these anecdotes thrown in because they were too funny.
Challenge accepted.
A few months later, Disheveled happened.
Each character in the book is the fantasy version of one of my girls from the chat and every time I write a book in the series, the alpha reader is the friend concerned. They are fun and light and full of love just like my friends.
So, here you have it.
I hope you love and enjoy Delilah and Cole's story.
You can now enjoy Disheveled on audio!

Disheveled by Eva LeNoir is a sexy fast paced romantic comedy of two best friends who have been circling around their feelings for one another. This book hits all the right notes. It had steam, laughter, friendship, and lots of sexy times. I thoroughly enjoyed this book as I have always been a fan of friends to lovers trope. Eva LeNoir made this book a fun read as she introduces a wonderful cast of girlfriends who has their own sexual kink. And for Delilah Jameson she has it all. As a successful owner of an art gallery, her life is perfect. Well except the fact that her love life is nonexistent and so she does what any modern woman would do, she tries online dating. Sounds easy right? Well, what happens when Delilah realizes that the person she might be chatting with online might be someone that she knows personally?

So if you are looking for a sexy romantic comedy that has lots of steam and dirty talks then look no further than Disheveled by Eva LeNoir.

(audiobook+ebook) I have mixed feelings about some elements of this book, but I still enjoyed it. At least, what I read was quite original.

For instance, the way Delilah and her friends objectified the male staff at the club was kind of cringey, but at the same time it’s a breeze of fresh air to read about WOMEN enjoying that kind of entertainment. And the UCC scenes were both funny and sweet, offering a glimpse at the characters who, without a doubt, will be the heroines of the next books.

Cole’s behavior was something else that bothered me. His way of expressing his feelings was problematic. But I won’t complain–it created some of the sexiest scenes I’ve read in a while. And while Delilah seemed passive at first, she was nothing but, and she took control when needed.

So yeah, it wasn’t the most romantic relationship, and we didn’t have a lot of time to connect with the characters–the book is kind of short–but it was fun and sexy.

Due to the angle chosen to tell the story, we mostly get Delilah’s point of view. Though the female narrator did a good job, I’d have liked to hear more of the male narrator.

Quickie

- Series: UCC saga #1 (can be read as a standalone)
- Hashtags: #erotica #friends to lovers #roommates
- Triggers: N/A
- Main couple: Delilah Jameson & Cole Sterling
- Hotness: 5/5
- Romance: 3/5
- + all the geeky references
- – not sure about Cole’s technique of seduction…

Check list for reading Disheveled as follows.
Add your favourite ice cream to your shopping list, you may feel adventurous after reading, wink, wink!!
Make sure to be home alone so family members don't keep asking "what are you laughing at?"
Tissues will come in handy for those snorting moments.
Prepare yourself an ice cold glass of water, your mouth will become dry.
You're now ready, sit back, relax and let the laughter begin.

Delilah owns an Art Gallery, has one employee, Jade, oh there is a definite story to be about Jade. She has some fantastic, funny and definitely unique friends. They all meet up once a week and basically drool over a guy called Raul and have discussions about their love lives or lack of. Sounds like my kind of night.

Delilah wants, no needs some action in the bedroom. B.O.B is just not cutting it anymore, bless her, it has been a loooooong time since she's had any kind of action. She blames her roommate, Cole.

Cole is the epitome of the hunky male. He's way too good looking, smooth, sophisticated and has an alter ego the size of Mount Everest but Delilah is so in love with him, it's been four long years of drooling over the controlling lawyer.

Delilah decides enough is enough and tries a dating site. She believes that Cole is putting it about with every female in sight, it's about time she gets some male attention.

Not sure she took the stranger danger talk all that serious from her parents.
This woman is in for quite a shock but hey who's she to complain if it leads to her every orgasmic fantasy.

This is a fantastic story filled with laugh out loud moments. Scenes you can definitely relate to. It's written so well you will read it no time at all, flying through the pages just to see what happens next.

Laughter brings happiness and this book has brought the biggest smile to my face.
I most certainly recommend to every reader. May your day be brighter for reading this book.

This really goes without saying but I thank you Author Eva LeNoir for sharing your fabulous and hilarious story.

One question remains, can me and Isa join your UCC meets?

To say that I love this little novella is a severe understatement! This is the second time I am reading it (first time was in the Intrigue Anthology) and, let me tell you ladies and gents - it is even better this time around! I didn't think it was possible to love this book more than I already did, but Eva has absolutely proven me wrong! Here's my first review: "Holy shit - this novella was amazing! I literally couldn't put it down! I loved the whole premise - the girls' nights, the shit talking that goes on with all of the ladies (you know it as well as I do!), the forbidden love with that one who you know you shouldn't, but you just can't keep yourself away from! I loved every second of this novella and I seriously need more! Cole and Dia were perfection to me and so relatable. I think that we have all been in this situation at one point in our lives and it completely rings true here. Well done, Eva - I can't wait to see what you bring next!"

Additionally, I loved the extra scenes that Ms. LeNoir included in this copy. Cole is the ultimate book boyfriend who you dream about becoming a reality. Believe me, I had many moments of swooning, lusting and loving over him throughout this book. But, honestly, I actually do need more of these two! The crazy chemistry they have going and the outcome are nothing shy of orgasmic! I heard that this #UCC Series was going to span 8-9 books in total. Ummm, yes please!!! Bring it on, Eva! I will be right there waiting to one-click every single book!

So what does UCC stand for?

I'm puzzled.

And a bit jealous. I want to be a UCC girl and watch sexy men make cocktails.

Someone in a book group just asked for recommendations of room mates finding romance and this ticks the box.

Cole and Delilah have a fab, funny, flirty relationship. I know I fall for all my book boyfriends - I can't help it. I am fickle but Cole Wowzers trousers is yummy. Justin Clynes without a shadow of a doubt.

The sexual tension is brilliantly written. And the sex is sexy. I read with a grin on my face the whole way through, because of course I knew!

Things I loved:

1. Star Wars
2. Ice cream
3. Cole
4. The close knit girl friends.
5. Manet, Monet, Renoir - underneath the smut love is a cultured bird!
6. Cole

"His sex appeal was through the roof, and my body was constantly ripe for the taking whenever he was in the vicinity."

"I swear, he is sex on legs and I would bet my next pay check that he is capable of taking you to the moon and back. Screaming."

"There was something incredibly erotic about a man eating pussy while completely clothed."

"My dick-head had no known relations to my shoulder-head. Two different hard drives. One for stocking information, and the other for driving the point home...hard."

"When you have lived through half of the horrors that I have, you see love for what it is; a series of good-intentioned mistakes that lead your heart to happiness."

Can't wait for more. *skipping off to Pinterest to check out pics of Justin Clynes...

Disheveled, UCC Saga 1 by Eva Lenior
Narration by Allyson Voller and Blake Lockheart.

Delilah and Cole

Cute, no angst roommate to lovers story. There’s comedic commentary between Delilah and Cole, and a history of being roommates that made it a sweeter story than I thought it was going to be.

Delilah has swooned over her friend and roommate for years. And with his suggestion she opens up an online account seeking a lover. There’s a connection between these roommates that has made them so comfortable with one another that likely has kept either one of them on acting on anything further in case it messes up their relationship. Yet when they finally get together it’s really steamy. There’s a lot of funny bantering between Delilah and Cole as well as when the girls are out together.

While the narrators are true professionals and I was engaged listening to this one. I found Allyson’s performance here at times monotone and a bit like hearing a person reading out loud which threw me off a bit at moments but came back towards the end of the story. Blake Locklear needed to be more in the book so I could swoon a lit bit more☺️

Disheveled is a wonderfully written, fast-paced, light-hearted, friends-to-lovers romance and a fantastic start to the UCC Saga. The storyline is about two best friends/roommates falling in love; it was fun, light, sweet, steamy, hot, and humorous; I definitely enjoyed it. The characters, especially the girlfriends (UCC), were absolutely delightful, hilarious, and relatable. Delilah is a successful art gallery owner who has been secretly in love with Cole for almost four years. She finally decided its time to start seeing someone, a tame and meaningful relationship with benefits, signs up for an online dating service. Cole is an absolute hunk, intelligent, sophisticated, controlling, egotistic lawyer. He has his own opinions on Delilah's online dating and devices his own plans. Loved the banter between the two, and chemistry is literally off-the-charts.

Fantastic narration by Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller. They captured and portrayed the characters perfectly. Disheveled is fun and a very enjoyable listen, one I'm recommending.

Disheveled by Eva LeNoir is a friends to lovers romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller.

This is the first book of Eva's that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. The chemistry between Delilah and Cole was off the charts! I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view. It really brought the story to life.

Blake and Allyson did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Disarmed to released on audio so I can get Jade, Miles, and Carson's story.

I would recommend this book if you like friends to lovers romance, contemporary romance, or erotic romances.

Disheveled by Eva LeNoir is the first book in a series of standalone novels. Each novel is dedicated to one of the seven women in a tight circle of friends. These friends call themselves the UCC; it is such a secret society, that even after reading the book, I don’t know the meaning of the acronym UCC!
Ms. LeNoir’s sense of fun and humor shine through in Disheveled. From her depiction of the respect and comradery between the women in the UCC, I get the feeling that the author enjoys the company of women and would be a great friend. Regardless of their job or stage in life, these women are meet once a week for a few cocktails, laughs and hugs.
Disheveled is told mostly from Delilah’s point-of-view. She is one of the UCC who is in a bit of a dating dry spell. She doesn’t want a hook-up; she is looking for a meaningful relationship (with some benefits, of course). When her landlord/roommate, Cole finds out she is desperate enough to use online dating services, he comes to her rescue. No, he doesn’t ask her out on a date. He advises her to change her name, profile and photo in order to attract someone who is interested in getting to know her. While Delilah has fun flirting with her hunky roommate, she fears his reputation as a “manwhore” rules him out as potential boyfriend material. No matter, because their banter, love of 80’s movies and Star Wars is totally adorable.

While Delilah remains completely in the dark about the identity of her online suitors, it is quite clear to the reader. The reader is privy to the dumb decisions and assumptions made by Delilah’s suitor, and that makes him all the more lovable. Cole plays along and acts protective of Delilah—that online dating scene is filled with “pervs” while Delilah goes on her fruitless dates and lusts after Cole.

I loved the little role reversal in Disheveled. It is Delilah who is prejudice about Cole’s behavior and holds onto assumptions that she hasn’t bothered to investigate. It is deliciously fun when Cole gets his chance to convince Delilah that his might really be the man of her dreams. Disheveled is fun, light-hearted, contemporary romance. This quick easy friends-to-lovers read is a great little escape from reality.

Fun. Sassy. Sexy. Eva LeNoir opens the door to Ruby’s Lounge to meet the #UCC girls with a humorous and steamy story proving that sometimes what you want is right in front of you.

Book Review

Finally Eva LeNoir is here at the blog! Ladies and gentlemen, this has been a long time coming and I am happy to say that the moment has come. And yes, I know it is dramatic, but I feel extra caffeinated this morning as I write this review.

In this first book in the UCC saga, we meet Delilah Jameson and Cole Sterling. These two have been roommates for around four years and are “safely” in the friend-zone. They are almost like the little old married couple next door, but without the sex. Cole and Delilah have great banter, flirtatious moments, and quite frankly a sexual tension that you can cut with a knife. However, Delilah is determined not to go there. After all, Cole is the man-whore supreme, right?

As the story progresses, we find out that Delilah is trying online dating. When Cole finds out he teases her and then makes a suggestion to set up a new profile without her photo. Why? He thinks she should see if she can find a match that will be interested in her and not just her photo. This is where things start to get interesting. Because of the new profile, she meets someone who really connects with her. He pushes her buttons and opens her up to the possibility of really finding someone she can connect with. Will what happens online stay online? Will Delilah and Cole stay in the friend-zone permanently? You will just have to wait and read to find out.

I can honestly say that I loved this book. LeNoir not only has an ease to her writing that draws the reading in, but she has humor. A lot of times, you read a book and it tries to be funny while being sexy and engaging. In this book, there was no trying. It was funny. It was sexy. It was a great read. The writing and the wit were exactly what I wanted.

I always enjoy a good friends to romance story and this didn't disappoint. It has a great story line, strong characters that were believable and loveable. This is the start of a series that is going to be one you won't want to miss. Each female character has her own quirky trait and I hope, her own book.

In this first book, we have Delilah Jameson, or Dia to her close friends. She has a group of girls that she meets with every Sunday night to de brief their week. We get a small snippet into the lives of the other girls and the club, but I am sure more will come to light in later books. Dia lives with her sexy, man-whore room mate Cole Sterling, whom she has been in love with for the last 3.5 years, she just hasn't told him. But can the relationship type of girl who yearns for her own love story tame the debonair bachelor? She feels that the friendship they have is more important than the one night stand he will only be offering her. So, she decides to try online dating, only this doesn't work out all that well either - Date number one: Sucked ass. Dia in her sweet and sassy ways, wants to let him know that there is a difference between Candor and Tact - lets not confuse the two! She starts a texting relationship with a mystery online dater, that takes her to places she has never experienced. But will she be happy once she discovers the identity, or will she feel betrayed?

I enjoyed this book immensely, even if it took her a while to realise who the mystery dater was. There was sweet romance, hot sex scenes and girly chats. Reading the acknowledgements hit home for me, I too am in a group that brings four girls from across the globe to chat mostly about books, but also giving great advice to our never ending issues. I can see that each book in this series is going to be brilliant.

I received a copy for an honest review.

The perfect story with the perfect plot!

WOW! This book indeed was brilliant. this is the first book I read by Ms LeNoir and although I knew the writing was going to be superb (after reading Black Balled who she co-wrote with Andrea Smith), the plot had me in stitches!

We have two very loveable characters, Delilah and Cole, who have been roommates and best friends for a while, yes I know what you are thinking, there is an attraction blah blah, well yes you are right, BUT, Delilah doesn't really want to act on her emotions, she knows Cole is nothing but trouble and that he is the type of person who will sleep with a broom in skirt if the opportunity would arise, Cole is not giving any indication that he is the slightest interested in her or that he feels any attraction towards her, so after seeing all her friends "more or less" settled down and happy, she decides to take the bull by the horns and register in an online dating service.
As soon as she clicks ENTER the story moves at an incredible pace and Eva makes the reader completely addicted to the story.

The interactions between Cole and Delilah are comical, and the dialogues are so well delivered and funny you can't help but want to read on to know what is on the next chapter, you think you have it all figure it out, but there is more to Cole that meets the eye and the result is completely unexpected, he plants the seed of doubt in Delilah's mind and you are second guessing at his intentions.
I am a big movie buff, and there were so many movie references I loved every minute of it, I can only tell you you will never watch another Star Wars movie the same way again!

With love, laughter, passion and a Happily ever After, Disheveled is a story that shouldn't be missed!

And in the words of Yoda:

“Do. Or do not. There is no try.” The Empire Strikes Back

5 PERFECT STARS *****

This fun, and sexy friends to lovers romance will capture your heart. Cole and Delilah are both successful professionals who have been roommates and friends for over three years, and Delilah has had a crush on Cole for just as long. But she was a relationship type of girl and Cole was acquainted with most of the women in town on a very intimate level. So Delilah felt she could never act on her fantasies about Cole. She had the perfect upbringing with loving parents and she wants that same kind of love and loyalty that she could tell her future children about. When Delilah decides to find a man on a dating website, Cole talks her into making some changes to her profile. When Cole gets ideas, they sometimes end up in jail but she figured that couldn't happen with this, could it? When two people approach love from two opposite directions, what could possibly go wrong? I loved this storyline, it made me laugh, and swoon, and want to be a UCC girl! I really love Cole and Delilah, they have fun together with their love of Star Wars, ice cream, and Netflix. Their banter is fun & flirty and their chemistry is combustible. Delilah meets with her girlfriends every Sunday and call themselves the UCC girls. They are all fun and quirky, adding to the charm of this first book in the UCC Saga. Even though this is a quick read it had a depth that was totally satisfying and I can't wait to read more from this steamy series.

Disheveled is a captivating, quick read. The characters are utterly fascinating and I would love to get to know them better; as Disheveled was originally part of an anthology it is a little on the short side and leaves you wanting to dig deeper into the characters and their situations.

It is obvious to the outside observer that Cole wants far more than to be in the friend zone with Delilah, while Delilah has the same sparks she is more than a little reluctant to alter their relationship status. Cole's womanizing reputation has planted him firmly off limits to Delilah who needs to feel she is the only woman to rock a man's world. Not realizing that Cole has changed in so many ways since the start of their friendship. There are other reasons for Delilah's reticence but they are not covered with much depth, insecurities, and past emotional baggage all add to the barriers she sets in place.

Determined to alter Dia's perspective and win her body and soul, Cole embarks on a scheme to show Dia who he is without his past reputation clouding her judgment. Hot, steamy and swoony courtship commences BUT can Delilah accept Cole as he is or will she be too scared to acknowledge her true desires???

With her UCC friends cheering her on, you can't help but want to delve deeper into this very unusual group of friends. Eva has hinted at further books set in the UCC world, I will be keeping my fingers firmly crossed.

Fast paced, hysterically funny read. This book had me rolling with laughter. Both of the main characters were a mess and I just loved them. Delilah and Cole are roommates who obviously belong together, but Delilah thinks Cole is a manwhore and won't' touch him with 10-foot pole! When Delilah decides she really needs to get some action and joins a dating site, hilarity ensues!

Now let's talk about the loves scenes, shall we? The love scenes were so scorching hot I had to stop reading to catch my breath. The chemistry between Delilah and Cole was palpable and intense!

The supporting cast of characters gave the story depth and added humor. I hope to see stories about each and every one of them, especially RAUL!

I have nothing bad to say about this book. I really enjoyed every minute of it. Eva LeNoir can write witty banter like nobody's business and her writing always leaves me smiling!

#1 I love the book cover.

#2 Cole. enough said.

#3 the sex. omg.

anyway, these two, Cole and Delilah are so funny. they love star wars, 80's movies, and Netflix. how could you not want to be their friend?? Delilah has been crushing on Cole forever but she thinks he doesn't do relationships. he is her best friend..but if you really pay attention to the signs, its there... their chemistry. and I did know exactly what was happening in three story and what was going to happen. it didn't matter to me, it was fun and steamy and sexy. and steamy. did I mention it was steamy? there were blindfolds, and ice cream and sexting and biting and a dark alley.

I loved the HEA. and as I mentioned, I LOVED Cole. it was a great read. I'm glad to have spent the $ to buy this. (I'm usually super cheap and do freebies for the most part, unless it's an already favorite author) one of the blogs I follow put some of the quotes from this book on their page, and I just couldn't resist it.

Disheveled was a good friends to lovers story that proves that not everyone is how we make them out to be and sometimes the perfect match for us as been right under our nose the entire time. Dia and Cole are the perfect example of this. Although it had some secrets that I won’t tell, and at times was a tad bit predictable I did really like it. Especially the messages back and forth, some were funny, some were sexy, and some were panty melting hot, but all were highlights to this book in my opinion. I have absolutely no idea what UCC stands for and it isn’t revealed in the book either, but honestly I think these UCC meetings with Dia and her friends weren’t really important to the book maybe in the future books they will have more meaning but at least for me they were filler. Disheveled is an overall a good book to read during a rainy afternoon and one that I enjoyed.

I enjoyed the hell out of this romantic comedy! I loved "Darth" and the whole idea of this story. it is a different dynamic to the roomie love story and it kept me interested the whole time waiting for the back fire
this is a new author to me but I can't wait to read the rest of this series!

3.5 stars This was a fun if not predictable read. I enjoyed the book but wouldn't purchase it. I only finished a few hours ago but i already forgot the lead characters names. Eva has a lovely writing style and i would be interested in future books from her. Cole is written as quite a dish, i do like him and he is quite funny throughout the book. Delilah is a sweet girl but her assumptions make me laugh and she can not see what is right in front of her the whole time. i just didn't get the whole “i never met you but sure blindfold me and fuck me” story. I’m sure others love it but it seemed out of character for Dia to me. A good entertaining story

I was given a copy in exchange for an honest review.

I love this story. I loved it the first time I read it in The Intrigue Anthology. I think I love it even more the second time around, I love the little changes. Eva writes very hot scenes and they will burn you kindle up from all the heat. I love the flow, you will not be bored and you will definitely not want it to end. Awesome job, Eva.

Sometimes you read books to ground to reality sometimes you read it to escape. To me, this is a escape book. It's a short read but sexy and hot. The references were cool and refreshing (Star Wars, Charlie Hunnam, yay!). You don't get too deep in the charachters' feelings you just enjoy. And I really enjoyed it. Also I'm curious about the whole UCC thing.

Fantastic Story & Narration🎧 Sweet & Spicy🔥Hot!

Disheveled
UCC Saga, Book 1
By: Eva LeNoir
Narrated by: Blake Lockheart, Allyson Voller

This is a fantastic “friends to lovers” romance, it is a well-written story that grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it for the entire book. The characters are easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to like and care about too. Delilah “Dia” and Cole are roommates, Dia has crushed on him but it was clear to her that he just wanted to be friends, they’ve become good friends, confiding in each other and giving advice when asked, ok sometimes when not asked too which included dating advice for her. She sees Cole as the man whore that he is and takes his advice on setting up a profile on a dating app. Her first date, turns out to be not only a mysterious man, but it turns out to be hot encounter. Will that be the last she sees of him, whoever he was? This is a fast-paced and fast-moving story, it is a wonderfully plotted story with a perfect balance of drama, humor, heartfelt emotions and some hot romance. I kind of, sort of, figured things out, but that did not make the story any less enjoyable, actually it would have been disappointing had it turned out any other way. I adored Dia’s friends and her UCC meet ups, I am looking forward to learning their stories as well, I hope there are plans to bring the rest of the series to audio soon. This book is a great first book of the series, thank you Eva LeNoir.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Blake Lockheart and Allyson Voller are talented narrators and voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that fit their character’s persona to a tee, sounding believable in every role they played and just as I pictured the characters to sound. Blake Lockheart nailed it as Cole and Allyson Voller did the same for Dia, captured all of their emotions and their passion, and projected it all into their performance. Thank you for another fabulously entertaining listen!
