Sometimes I seriously wonder why do I ever purchase some books. This is one such book. A book laced with nothing but just mere opinions on how and why we can or should be happy. There was seriously nothing outstanding in this book other than the authors 100 points.

Let me do you a favor and give you his 100 points so that there is no need for you to waste your money on this book.
Notice one thing – all the points stated here are self-explanatory.
1) You are already happy – Be prepared for new beginnings
2) Choose Happiness – Happiness is a choice
3) Happiness is Free – You don’t have to earn it
4) Happiness is a state of mind – Stop looking for happiness in the wrong places
5) Happiness is a natural state – If you’re happy, its Ok
6) Happiness is your eternal partner – Take happiness down the aisle
7) Happiness is selfless – Let your happiness inspire you to give
8) Happiness is a way of seeing – Shift your perception to transform your life
9) Believe in Happiness – You’ll see happiness when you believe in it
10) Size does matter – Enjoy the little details of today

100 short chapters on how you should live your life fullest through pursuing happiness in every day life. Simple and great read for every one who is unhappy (definitely wouldn’t mind some more happiness in life) or happy (constant reminder on how to stay happy and share this happiness to others).
