Talk To The Shorts

Rate this book
Asa Trenton is a man with issues. He's obsessive--compulsive, can't stand dirt or bad smells. His home is neat and tidy, not so much his personal life. There's lots of sex, no romance. He has scruples--no married women. He and tireless Willy, who inhabits his shorts, have a reputation envied by the male citizens of Katyville, where he is sheriff. Both are sought after by the local ladies. His desirability is heightened by his movie star good looks. Life is good until someone shoots Ralph, after a blind date. Asa figures the date didn't kill Ralph, though he thinks it a good way to go. When he meets Loretta, the blind date, he changes his mind. He'd like a date with her himself. After someone shoots at Loretta's second beau, Asa finds himself dodging bullets. Someone saw him sitting on her front porch. He wants Loretta. In order to get her, he has to confess his hang-ups, corral Willy, and find the fellow who doesn't want anyone to have her.
