Brock Scott used to have it all. King of the High School, Captain of the football team. He had offers from some of the best schools in the nation, begging him to come and join them. Life was perfect. Until being the best wasn’t enough and there were no means he wouldn’t try to be even better. But when the methods and the consequences catch up with him, his life effectively ended. Full Stop. The end.
Now, back in the town he grew up in, he just wants to survive. Until he sees her. Consequences be damned.
Teagan is a woman of many masks. Having grown up and lived in the same town her entire life, she is comfortable in the near invisibility she maintains. She uses her wardrobe and quirky nature, to hide from a world that nearly ended her once. She isn’t strong enough to survive that again. Working on cars, living with her father, never stepping out of the box - it’s a perfectly fine life for her.
Until she meets him. What happens when two pasts collide? Can Brock mend his broken past and can Teagan overcome her fears?

This book's blurb should have been a warning to me. But even though the blurb was a wreck, I was intrigued enough to try this book out.

Wrong choice. This book was not good. Plot holes, inconsistencies, and typos abound. This book is a primer on how NOT to write a book. Yikes.

What a read! This was my first read from Delaney Williams and I loved it.

Teagan and Brocks story is a difficult one. Teagan has self esteem issues steaming from high school bullying, she hides behind a mask of Makeup and fancy dress. She gives a sense of self confidence but is really hiding from the rest of the world from behind a mask.

Her best friend Meghan is the total opposite who spends her time trying to drag Teagan out of her Shell.

Teagan spends her days at her Dads restoration shop, working on the Cars is her passion and this is where her and Brock really begin to connect.

Teagan and Brock are instantly attracted to each other and their relationship develops quickly and is filled with Passion but Brock is hiding a secret that has the ability to crush Teagan and set her back on the path of self destruction.

The story pans over a period of time where Teagan learns to live without the mask and find the real her, and she has some help along the way with her gay BFF Seth.

Although this book deals with dark periods there is also a lot of feel good moments. Mer 'Hore' and the book will have you wanting to sing along to under the sea from the little mermaid (you have to read to understand)

This book is so well written and Delaney really makes you feel the emotions and the angst that come through her words, fully restored deals with extremely tough subject matter and it's thanks to Delaney that their story is perceived the way it should be. It's a story of forgiveness about self respect and learning to love yourself warts and all.

A very well written and beautiful story that must be read and experienced.

Wow, just wow. This is my first encounter with a book by this author. And now I know how brilliant her writing style is, I will be on the lookout for more. This book is, in my opinion unique. The setting, the background, the characters all unique and this is absolutely wonderful. Teagan and Brock are the leading characters. They both have a connected past which is eating away at their future. Delaney Williams manages to write about some serious issues with compassion, realism and fits it all into the story perfectly. I for one can relate to Teagan bullying is an awful thing and can certainly eat away at ones self-esteem. However, the author does show how wonderful life can be despite this. I am still in awe of this book and I will certainly be shouting about it to all I meet. Congratulations Delaney, I am delighted to award Fully Restored

Fully Restored was a wonderful story of a woman gaining her independence and coming into her own. I was not expecting that from the heroine Teagan at the beginning of the book. Her character rather confused me at first. She had obstacles along the way, but they made her stronger and able to stand on her own two feet. And Brock, the football hero turned felon who redeemed himself. But it wasn't easy and I didn’t like him a few times while reading. In fact there was a moment I hated him. But in the end Delaney wrote a HEA filled will some secrets and a whole lot of soul searching that turned into an enduring story. I enjoyed reading Teagan and Brock’s story very much! Great job! (I kindly received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.)

ARC given by author for honest review.
WOW I really enjoyed this one.. I think Delaney did a amazing job at this book.. Teagan being bullied when she was younger and her coming into her own self. Brock being a high school football star..going to college.. getting into trouble.. then finally going back home.. Needing to get himself clean and straight..
While not all of Brocks moments did I like.. (some I hated him..) I did end up loving him.. Teagan and Brock were amazing all around..
Thank you again for the opportunity to read this beautiful story!!
