About the author

Rod Loy's unique approach to leadership has led him to and through many exciting adventures, one of which was working as a volunteer lifeguard at a water park. Rod pastors a church in North Little Rock. He and his wife Cindy have two sons, Parker and Tyler.

I love Pastor Rod’s practical advice throughout this book.

My key takeaway from this book was a series of helpful questions:

“What do we want other people to see when they observe our marriage now? What values do we want to be strong in our marriage by our twenty-fifth anniversary? What core values do we want our children to develop and ultimately pass on to their children? What specific seeds should we plant right now and how do we do that?”
