When Charles works as an editor at a publishing house, he comes to know a colleague by the name of Isabel. They get to know each other over a few rounds of drinks, and ultimately discover one passion that they share in common - hiking. One day, they decide to take a hike as a way to get to know each other even more. Along the eastern border of the Netherlands and the Norwegian mountains, they find out one interesting detail about each other. What happens next is witnessed by a silent landscape that makes a perfect backdrop to a dramatic event that has begun to unfold. Charles knows he has fallen for Isabel, but how does he go from there?
