Reading textbooks is never fun. However, in the TCC PTA program I am in, this book was vital in my kinesiology class! I highly recommend this book and the quizzes in the back. There's lots of important information and I needed every chapter of this book.

I did notice, that the answer key had incorrect answers for a few of the questions in the end of chapter quizzes. However, when I went back and re-read the chapter, the correct answer was in the chapter. I had to double check the answer key with Google to make sure I was on track.

-Happy Reading!
