Too bad. The whole premise of traveling back in time and prejudice against witches really made for a delightful plot. But the ridiculous, childish romance was really awful. If only this author wouldn't continue to make her female protagonists so belligerent and immature and their romantic male interests so stubborn and equally immature.
Less teen-age romance and more story would have made this a fun read. I won't bother to read the second book.

this book was a free download for my kindle. I found it was a quick read and the premise was a great idea but not really expounded on in this book.
