রকিব হাসান বাংলাদেশের একজন গোয়েন্দা কাহিনী লেখক। তিনি সেবা প্রকাশনী থেকে প্রকাশিত তিন গোয়েন্দা নামক গোয়েন্দা কাহিনীর স্রষ্টা। তিনি মূলত মূল নামে লেখালেখি করলেও জাফর চৌধুরী ছদ্মনামেও সেবা প্রকাশনীর রোমহর্ষক সিরিজ লিখে থাকেন।
থ্রিলার এবং গোয়েন্দা গল্প লেখার পূর্বে তিনি অন্যান্য কাজে যুক্ত ছিলেন। তিনি রহস্যপত্রিকার একজন সহকারী সম্পাদক ছিলেন।রকিব হাসান শুধুমাত্র তিন গোয়েন্দারই ১৬০টি বই লিখেছেন। এছাড়া কমপক্ষে ৩০টি বই অনুবাদ করেছেন। তিনি টারজান সিরিজ এবং পুরো আরব্য রজনী অনুবাদ করেছেন। তাঁর প্রথম অনুবাদ গ্রন্থ ড্রাকুলা।
রকিব হাসান লিখেছেন নাটকও। তিনি "হিমঘরে হানিমুন" নামে একটি নাটক রচনা করেন, যা টিভিতে সম্প্রচারিত হয়।

আমার শৈশব -কৈশোরের অনেকটুকু পথ জুড়ে এখনো পায়চারি করে কিশোর -রবিন -মুসা আর বরিস -রোভার, লস এঞ্জেলেসের সেই সৈকত ঘেঁষে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা জিনার সেই দ্বীপ।

ছিল হ্যানসন, অথৈ সাগরে পথ হারিয়ে বসা শুঁটকি টেরি আর ফগর্য্যাম্পারকট। মুক্তোশিকারের গোপন ফর্মূলা খুঁজতে খুঁজতে পাড়ি দেওয়া হুইইইই কঙ্কাল দ্বীপে আছে রূপালি মাকড়শা।
তিন পিশাচকে নিয়ে নকল কিশোর হয়তো ছুটছে এখনো ঈশ্বরের অশ্রু আর রেসের ঘোড়ার লোভে।
ঘড়িতে গোলমাল, তবু উপায় যে নেই। ভীষণ অরণ্যে ঝামেলা এড়াতে স্পেনের জাদুকরের বাক্সটা ভীষণ-ই প্রয়োজন!
ছিলো প্রজাপতির খামারে ছোটাছুটি, ছিলো না খুন হওয়ার ভয়। আছেন রাশেদ চাচা, হারিয়ে গেছেন ওমর ভাই।
রয়ে গেছে আলোর সংকেত, প্রাচীন মূর্তি, কানা বেড়াল, ছায়াশ্বাপদ আর বিষের ভয়।

হায়, 'ধূলোলাগা চেনা বইসব, হাতড়ায় কে না শৈশব...

The fact that even after 20 years i keep reading this books makes this so special. i can still remember the first time i read Tin Guyenda book. it was mesmerizing! i was like completely blown away. And that one book was enough to hook me up with Tin Guyenda. i dont think i was ever so satisfied reading a book after that. they were my childhood best friend. Kishor, Musa & Robin. everytime they went for an adventure, i felt like i was also with them. thats what makes this so special.

I started Tin Goyenda in class 8, it was quite late I think. But, entering into the reading world was happened by beloved Rakib Hasan. There was a time when I went to bookstore without money, just to see the new arrived books of Tin Goyenda.
I had a great crush on Gergina Parker.
Tin Goyenda showed me first how strong the imaginary characters can be!

যদিও এর আগে আরো বই পড়েছি। কিন্তু এই সিরিজ দিয়ে সেই ছোটবেলা থেকে বই আমাকে চুম্বকের মত টানতে থাকে। কঠিন একটা নেশায় আচ্ছন্ন হতে থাকি প্রতিনিয়ত। এই বয়সে এসেও সময় পেলে পড়ি। ধন্যবাদ, রকিব হাসান স্যারকে, যিনি আমার বই পড়ার অভ্যাস গড়ে উঠার মূল কারিগর।

I can't even properly describe my feelings toward the series. You know how you stumble upon things in your life that changes your life? This series did that for me. I can't even stress the love and affection I had (Still have) for my childhood heroes Kishore, Musa and Robin. And of course I wanted to become a detective like all other fans of this series.
