Life, Love, Laughter.

Three things I never expected to experience in the month of giving thanks, but that is just what I received. Wes had survived Hell on Earth, and was back where he was meant to be…in my arms and my bed. For good. There would be no breaking us apart after the trauma we experienced up to this point.

My new job with Century Production sent me to the big apple to interview celebrities for a special segment on being thankful. What is a girl to do when she has an entire host of celebrity friends from her past year of travels? You better believe I called up my friends Mason Murphy, all-star pitcher for the Red Sox, and Anton Santiago, the Latin Lov-ah, to participate. They were all too happy to oblige, only my guy’s feathers were a bit ruffled by the ease with which they came running.

Add in my new family and you’ve got a fairytale Thanksgiving. Except for one tiny detail…the single seat at the table, left open by the hole in my heart that only one person could fill.

In the eleventh book of the Calendar Girl serial, Mia is off to New York City to film a segment for her new job. Now that her debt has been paid, and the threat from her ex is gone, she no longer has to live life as an escort. Only life has thrown her some new challenges to round out her year.

Each installment in the Calendar Girl Serial will release every month throughout 2015.

This book was uneventful and unnecessary. This series became a real drag towards the end.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult această lună, cu toate emoțiile și dezvăluirile ei, dar mai ales faptul că Wes a dezvăluit publicului că s-au logodit. Și nu doar atât, dar nunta se apropie cu pași mari.

November was a nice change of pace compared to the previous episodes, but at the same time it felt a bit dull. I feel like this whole review is going to be a list of contradictions as I liked it and at the same time it left me feeling underwhelmed. There are things going on, but I didn't really feel the urge to keep reading. Then again that also was part of what I did enjoy about this episode, Mia is working her new job as some sort of a talk show hosts basically and goes out to interview people. She's settling more comfortable in her relationship with Wes and some family related things happen.

This episode felt pretty down to earth and normal, with enough going on to keep your interest, but at the same time it had a different feel from the previous episodes. It's an important part of the journey and I like seeing Mia finally find her place, but on the other hand I also am ready to finish this series. With thanksgiving coming up Mia goes to interview some people about what they are thankful for, so we actually get to see a bit of her job. It was fun, but also a bit too much at times. Everyone has these heartwarming and cheesy answers and I don't know, it just felt a bit off somehow to me.

Then there is a sex scene where they have sex at a time and place that just felt wrong to me. She's doing her best to work hard and keep her job and then she does something so unprofessional. And ofcourse no one cares that she got so horny she had to have sex right there and then with her man. As if it was normal. I thought it showed lack of responsibility and it bothered me a bit. It just unrealistic. By now I find myself mostly skimming the sex scenes. I guess after reading so many of them over the course of the series I don't really care about them too much anymore. There is a bit of conflict added, but it's just something minor and gets fixed soon again. Wes seems mostly back to his old self and while I liked that, as I didn't quite care for the twist with what happened to him, it also felt like he recovered a bit too fast.

On the family front there are some interesting developments, plans are made and Mia meets up with her sister and brother again. There was a nice scene at the end involving her father. Mia sees a few of her friends again and side characters from previous books, which was nice. All in all this episode was pretty upbeat, maybe a bit over the top happy at times and almost felt like this would be the last book with how everything was getting wrapped up. I read a few lines of the chapter 1 of December that was at the end of the book so I have a bit of an idea where that book will be about. I guess it makes sense that that will be the topic for the last book as that's the only open end left. I am looking forward to reading that and seeing how this story ends.

To summarize: November was a nice read, but also felt a bit underwhelming. At times it was a bit much, almost over the top happy and cheesy at times. On the other hand i did like the change in pace and seeing Mia happy and finding her place. There was a sex scene where the time and place bothered me a bit and I thought it was a bit unprofessional how Mia acted. There are quite some side characters who make an appearance again, which was neat. Some lose ends that are tied up and plans for the future that are made. It's obvious the series is coming at an end and it almost felt like this was the last book already. Only one more episode now, I am curious to see how it all ends.

This is the month in which you begin to breathe, where everything seems to flow.
Love, family and work are all in unity.
There are reunions in NY of recent friends of Mia.
And all the ways follow the end of this series.

I was so happy to not have drama in this book. Still, this plot wasn't anything special, even though I did enjoy reading this book. Also, I liked how Wes was doing better but his behaviour annoyed me a lot at some points.

We are nearing the end of Mia’s journey and in November she’s headed to NYC for travel, work and time with Wes. What I didn’t expect was the love that resonated through the whole book. From the love that Mia shows to her former business associates who’ve become her friends—Anton, Heather, Rachel and Mace, her ability to love jumps off the page.

Wes is Wes. Hot. Hunky. Satisfying. Loving. Recovering. His way of recovering is Mia. He loves her with his whole heart and soul and won’t let her go. Ms. Carlan takes us on a vivid tour of NYC experiencing the sites, sounds, tours and the history of what makes NYC, New York City.

The evolution of Mia as a person is very evident here. Her love for all of those in her life is exploding. When faced with her father, she doesn’t fight but turns to those in her life who support her. She’s embraced her journey and what it means for her, the good, the bad and the ugly.

I wasn’t emotional at all while reading this, but I was full of smiles. The feels are all over the place in this book. If you’re a cryer, well, just grab a box of tissues, you may. Enjoy NYC, Mia and Wes, and their friends and family! It’s what Thanksgiving is all about! ~ Heather, 4.5 stars

Mia'nın yolculuğu sona ermek üzere... Geriye sadece tek bir kitap kaldı..
Her şey gittikçe güzelleşiyor...

I was given this book for my honest review

This is the 11th book in the Calendar Girl Series by this author and needs to be read in order.

This is Mia’s continuing journey to finding her truest of hearts and purest of foreverness. As Mia embarks on her continuing journey you will find many of surprises in this next installment by this author. Surprises will arise that we were all hoping for but some not so much but that only adds to the thrill we ever so searching for in Mia’s journey. Will Mia and Wes have their happily ever after, love consuming out of this world Northern Lights love or will a wrench be thrown into the mix that will have Mia fighting within herself?

The sex is of epic orgasms

For all of us that love Mia and Wes the outcome of their journey will be a sadness within our hearts so here is hoping that this author knows that no matter what she writes we will all stand by her in anything that she so writes and so desires.

Happy Reading

The only positive thinking for me about this book, really, is that there's only one more after it and then it's done. I do not enjoy this series very much. The first two of three books were okay, but this. This is too much. Over the top. Milked for all it got. It's predictable and not very interesting, really.

The hottest couple ever are Wes and Mia.

This month, they exchange beautiful romantic declarations and the most passionate intimate moments. They are still struggling against the devastating consequences of Wes' horrific experience, and it affects them in very gripping ways. Including a rush to make their relationship go all the way. I found it heart-warming and truly romantic.

It's also touching and highly entertaining as Mia embarks on a special mission for her new job on TV. I really enjoyed her enthusiasm while shooting interviews for her segment on her programme. It suits her personality so well.

With all the family reunions, hanging out with sweet friends and plans for the future, this chapter in the Calendar Girl's life was really fulfilling and meaningful. There are a couple of strong events that keep changing Mia's life, all emotional, and I loved how the author's words made the feelings seem real and relatable.

I'm eager to reach Christmas time with Mia and her growing family and finally come round to what we've all been secretly cheering for.

The Calendar Girl series is more than just a romance novel, it explores a journey of a woman, Mia Saunders, and her transformation from a lost soul, with the weight of caring for her drunk father and younger sister since she was 10 years old, who never realized her worth, to a woman who learns to LOVE: LOVE her family, LOVE those who come into and out of her life, and LOVE herself!
In November, Mia's journey is coming to an end and her life and the lives of those who have come into it over the past 10 months are forever connected. Mia's true love, Wes, has come back to her and he is well on his way to recovering from the trauma of his capture and torture in September Calendar Girl. Life is finally coming together for Mia. But will December Calendar Girl bring her full circle back to the one person responsible for this journey Mia has had to travel?

I LOVED LOVED this month!!!! It was uplifting and moving and happy...

The journey is coming to an end and, I am so SAD about it! We get to see some old friends in this one. A few excellent surprises and the tying up of old loose ends.

All the lack of true happiness in the last couple books is made up for in this one! Makes you think about just what you're thankful for.

I'm so excited to see how the series will end but, at the same time, these characters have really become like family to me. Trust the journey!!!

Now that I’m used to the new path in life Mia us in, out of danger and all, I’m back to loving the direction of the story. Audrey is an amazing writer in all the elements; plot, dialogue and her schmexxy scenes - it’s simply phenomenal! In the second to last installment, Mia’s personal growth really shines through - it feels like she’s matured at an accelerated rate over the last 3 months.

As November finds Mia on assignment in New York, with Wes at her side, she shines. I LOVED her escapades through the city and her story idea and the locations she used. She’s is for some major life changing events (YIPPEE) and on of her biggest concerns, her father's well-being, seems under control. Based on the chapter 1 sneak peek, December is gonna be a doozy and I’m anxiously awaiting its release and to see just what Mia's HEA might look like.

4.5 stars and recommendation!

Meh! I am not sure on this one..took me a little while to get into it and that didn't settle with me at all. I loved every single one of the others I have read from Audrey but for some reason this one took me some time and it was by far the slowest I have read a book to date. I did however like how Wes and Mia worked together throughout the whole book and came to what there future would be. I definitely hope December will go just as good as the others. I did eventually get into November it just took longer than I like. Am looking forward to December especially after that little sneak peak into it. I need to know how this pans out for Mia and Maddy and most of all the men in there lives.

I have majorly crushed on this series and now I'm realising it is almost finished, I'm feeling a little bummed.

Now that Mia no longer works as an escort, she is now happily working fo Dr Hoffman's tv show as a reporter, and Wes is doing better with less and less nightmares, but the icing on Mia's cake is her father waking up from his coma. With almost an entire year gone he must come to terms with a huge amount of change is his life, but also the life of his daughter's.

With more love and incredibly hot sexy scenes with Mia and Wes the calendar girl series has really taken me by storm.

Now to finish up with December

OMG Wes and Anton together was so funny. Mason has always been one of my favorites so having him back was fantastic and pairing him with Wes and the shenanigans was entertaining. I like the turn this series has taken and I'm loving the way she is wrapping up and really giving meaning to this year's journey. I love the way they all react to Mia & Maddie's idea of a holiday, sad but still brings them a bigger picture of the girls. This was a fun little month and I'm sad that we only have 1 more left. Here we go

I am pretty much done with the series. I am finishing it because I don't like not ending a series. Maybe its just me but I saw so many other possibilities for this storyline and I feel its settling into usual lines. It started off great but now-just required reading.
