Read With Biff, Chip and Kipper is the UK's best-selling home reading series. It is based on Oxford Reading Tree which is used in 80% of primary schools. Read With Biff, Chip and Kipper Level 2 Phonics storybooks have been specially written to allow children to practise their letters and sounds as they do at school. Fun plots, familiar characters and carefully levelled text create the perfect combination to build children's confidence and enjoyment of reading. Level 2 practises single letter sounds like 'f' and two letters that make one sound such as 'ff' and combining those sounds to read simple one and two syllable words. These sounds are introduced at Level 2: s a t p i n m d g o c k ck e u r h b f ff l ll ss j x y z zz. Each book includes two stories as well as practical tips and ideas for you to use when you reading with your child and fun activities. Visit the Oxford Owl website for practical advice, all you need to know about phonics and lots of fun activities and free eBooks. With plenty of support available inside the book and online phonics practice at home has never been so fun or so easy!

You blink and it's finished, honestly super short. Bright colours are a good touch but don't think this will engage my younger cousins defo not the right age group. That being said possibly good for helping really young kids learn/practice to read.

Fun and simple!

Another simple yet effective reading primer that really takes me back to my early reading days at school. A very cool mix of catches and as usual Floppy saves the day!

I loved reading these books as a child and my 3 year old loves them too. These are great for learning and I highly recommend for all parents for their children.

Good for young readers

Very well thought out and entertaining for young children who are learning to read with the added activity of looking for things on each page.

The Oxford Reading Tree is great. I read this with my children years ago when they were learning to read. Amazon had this one available for free, so I downloaded it. It brought back some memories, although it is very short. Great series for teaching your children to read.

I HATE, HATE, HATE THE MAGIC KEY BOOKS!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CUTESY, ANODYNE AND BORING!!! I WAS FORCED TO READ THGESE TERRIBLE BOOKS BY MY PRIMARY SCHOOL AND THEY, FOR A LONG TIME, MADE READING AN AWFUL CHORE!!! IF HELL HAD A LIBRARY, IT WOULD BE WELL-STOCKED WITH THESE BOOKS!!!
Also, I don't usually write reviews that are like this, but I just had to with books as rubbish as these.
