The purpose of this book is to provide a manner for the reader to understand the basic definition of Artificial Intelligence and what it can be used for. This is done by providing a working definition of what Artificial Intelligence is, its various categories and its uses. As such, this book is basic introduction to the dynamic and exciting arena of Artificial Intelligence.
The potential reader should note that this book is divided into four sections. The first section give a working introduction to the field. The second section give the reasons why this field is so important to the reader. The third section discusses what types of things this arena of technology can do. Finally, the fourth section explains to the reader why they should continue to learn more about this rapidly growing field of technology. The book concludes with both a section that list other books by Dr. Marco Bitetto and also a section about the author.

Dr. Marco A.V Bitetto is a multiple award winning legally blind Roboticist, science researcher and science writer. Additionally, he designs, builds and programs robots and other artificially intelligent machines. He has also been an award winning scientific peer reviewer for the World Conference on Complex Systems and has been part of the World Conference on Complex Systems scientific peer reviewer two years in a row. He has is currently a co-advisor on a doctoral committee of at least one foreign doctoral candidate. Besides all of the aforementioned, he has also been awarded multiple certificates of award from the LINKEDIN web-site for being the most viewed profile and also for being the one millionth writer of articles for the PULSE web-site and also the most followed person on the PULSE web-site. He earned his Doctoral Degree in Robotics from the Union Institute in 1994. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the State University of New York in 1991. He has done research on robotics based machine vision and also robots that are capable of learning by example. He has also written in professional journals and for laymen based science journals. Furthermore, He has delivered I.E.E.E. based research papers presentations at I.E.E.E. conferences.
