Former professional football player Matt Makaio is struggling to keep his life afloat as a private investigator. Gone are the days of big houses, fancy cars and adoring fans. Matt pushes himself and his body to the brink to discover the source of the drugs and get them out of the game, a game Matt still dearly loves despite it being at the center of his greatest betrayal.

A fitting homage to Raymond Chandler

A fun mystery with great characters in the vein of Sam Spade. A compelling mystery too into the steroid abuse prevalent in today's football careers and one man's crusade to clear his tainted record.
