why are people rating a book that isn't even out yet? I saw a few that were added to their to read shelf and then gave it one star. Its not fair to this author to have a 2.43 rating on a to be published book.
SOOOO incredibly disappointed. Gage and Jordan's story had me very excited but I am 60% through the book and bored to death. It isn't their story. It is Jordan being whiny and repetitive and just blah! I am forcing myself to finish it but it is hard. Jordan seems so different from the original series... she is weak, whiny, bratty, boring, and did I mention whiny? I feel robbed to be honest.
Spin-offs to successful series don't always live up to their original counterparts, but THIS one was FANTASTIC! I could NOT put this book down. I was reading in the car, while blow-drying my hair, and during any break at work I could scrounge up. It was un-put-down-able!!!
Jordan & Gage are introduced as possible love interests in the Heart of Stone series in Give In To Me, with another glimpse in Ever After. Ever After really sets the stage for the start of this book. I just thoroughly enjoyed them as a couple. Where Nina and Tristan from the Heart of Stone series thrived as an "opposites attract" couple, Jordan and Gage are more similar to one another, and are total compliments to the other.
Aside from the romance and steamy chemistry that we've come to expect from K.M. Scott's books, this story had mystery and intrigue that had me turning pages while I was late for work. It was THAT addicting to read, and still has me guessing even now, after I've finished it.
The author has commented on this book having a "HAPPY FOR NOW" ending, but you will instantly crave more of this fun couple and the mystery surrounding them! I can't wait for Unbreakable! I'm ready for more!
3.75 ish Stars. I see a lot of reviews that say Jordan isn't the girl she was when we first her. Of course she is not the same girl. She has had her heart broken from her one true love. She is currently settling for a life with Brock. From the get go I was suspicious of him. And then he turned into a douchebag and then things took another turn. KM Scott is unsure when she'll be able to publish book two. She did give us a happy for now ending. The only problem is that I was on Jordan's side to the end and she left us on a decision I'm not thrilled about. Come on Jordan! You are smarter than that. There were still a lot of answers to be found, but that is what book two is for!
This was not very good. I look at the reviews before I bought so I thought wow must be a good book, but was wrong. Jordan is a wimpering, and weak heroine. Always doing stupid things. There was no build up, no chemistry. Very disappointed.
✨ Unforgettable is a steamy, emotional romance filled with second chances and redemption. The spice level is high, with plenty of passionate, detailed scenes woven into the story. The overall tone blends angst, intensity, and heartfelt vulnerability, as the characters navigate love, mistakes, and forgiveness. The ending is satisfying and hopeful, giving readers the closure of true love winning despite all obstacles.
Okay. Wait. What just happened?! Jordan, Nina's BFF, is the heart of this story. She's engaged to Brock, but, Gage comes back into her life because he still loves her. Add in some craziness, and all is not what you think. That ending had me going in circles, cause it's a cliffy. Arrrrgh! Onto the next book!
Your books that don't end by the last page should say so on the front. I would not waste my money on this book. I live in a real world where money matters. If it is a trilogy or more, you can say that, so people have a choice. I am very disappointed in this book and any others that do this. I will never read another of your books. Millie Burns

REVIEW: 4.25 stars---UNFORGETTABLE is the first release in KM Scott’s Heart of Stone spin off series focusing on security specialist Gage Varo, and grade school teacher Jordan Wright. Gage and Jordan were first introduced to the reader in Scott’s Heart of Stone series: Gage was head of security for for Tristan Stone, and Jordan is Nina Stone’s best friend. You do not have to read the original series to understand the premise.
Told from dual first person points of view (Gage and Jordan) UNFORGETTABLE is a second chance storyline. One year earlier, Gage broke up with Jordan, the love of his life, with a few words and a phone call leaving a distraught Jordan heartbroken and depressed. Fast forward to present day where we are witness to Jordan’s impending engagement and nuptials to wealthy businessman Brock Hannon-a man Jordan believes is right for her-a man she believes will give her what she wants and needs. A year has passed and Jordan’s heart continues to break for the man who walked away without looking back but Jordan has moved on in the hopes of finding the same happiness as Nina Stone. Gage is the only man who calls to Jordan’s heart, but he is also the man who destroyed any future they were meant to share.
Gage Varo walked away to protect Jordan Wright; anonymous threats and letters have forced Gage to keep his distance but his return to the city finds our hero secretly protecting the woman he loves. When the threats begin to increase, Gage knows it is time to uncover the source of the threats.
UNFORGETTABLE follows the rebuilding of the trust and love between Gage and Jordan, but also follows the mysterious threats and circumstances aimed at destroying Gage and Jordan’s tentative relationship. With the addition of Tristan and Nina Stone (Heart of Stone series) there is familiarity and cohesion between the series. The premise is fast paced and entertaining; there are moments of mystery, suspense, romance and professions of love. Gage and Jordan’s relationship is slow to rebuild as Gage tries desperately to prove that he walked away for Jordan’s protection; the $ex scenes are erotic and intense. The storyline ends on a bit of a cliff hanger-Gage and Jordan’s story is to be continued.
KM Scott writes from the heart; her heroes and heroines aren’t perfect; her stories will pull you in and never let go-you will become one with the characters, their emotions and their lives.
I met Jordan and Gage in the Heart of Stone series. Jordan is Nina’s best friend and Gage was Tristan’s head of security. They were a couple for a while and then Gage left for work. A couple of days later, he called Jordan to tell her it was over between them. Jordan was heartbroken. I always wondered how they became a couple and why Gage ended it. In this book I got my answers.
Jordan is engaged to Brock now. She doesn’t love him like she loved Gage, but she does love him. He can also give her the life she has always wanted. Brock is wealthy, smart and a successful businessman. Gage has moved back to New York and hears that Jordan is engaged to Brock. He wants to talk to Jordan and tell her the reason why he left her. The conversation doesn’t go as he planned, because she doesn’t believe him and she runs away. Gage doesn’t trust her fiancé and starts following Jordan to protect her.
I loved Gage. He really loves Jordan and always will. He would do anything for her. He left her months ago to protect her. He missed her all that time and there hasn’t been anyone else. He desperately wants her back, but that could put Jordan in danger and he doesn’t want that. Jordan was devastated when Gage left her, because she wanted a future with him. She has loved him from the moment they kissed in her kitchen and she will always love him. But she’s afraid to be with him again, because he could leave her again. Jordan just doesn’t want to get hurt again. Gage and Jordan have a strong connection and great chemistry. They belong together and they should be together.
I loved the mystery and suspense. Near the end, several things happen that I didn’t expect at all and now I have many questions. My main question is: Why Jordan? I didn’t trust Brock from the start. He acts strange or says weird things sometimes. Brock has a sister who I also didn’t trust. Brock doesn’t like Tristan and Nina, but they are very important to Jordan and Jordan can’t imagine leaving them. It was nice to see Nina and Tristan again. They are a great couple. They will always help and support Jordan and Gage.
Jordan and Gage didn’t reunite quickly and their happiness was short lived, and that’s the only thing I didn’t love about this book. I understand why Jordan didn’t want Gage back, but they weren’t even talking. There just weren’t enough scenes of them together during the first part. I also didn’t understand why Gage didn’t show Jordan the letters.
Jordan and Gage are together at the end, so this book doesn’t end with a cliffhanger. But I do want the next book right now, because I have many questions after finishing and I need answers. I also want to know how their story ends. This book was definitely an amazing start to the second chance love story of Jordan and Gage.
Meet Gage Varo, owner of a Private Security Company. Meet Jordan Wright, teacher.
This is their story. . . . . . . . . . . .
Gage: “In love with her more than I thought it was possible for one person to love another.”
Jordan “All I could think of was how much I’d missed him.”
Gage: “I still love you.”
Jordan: “Well, I don’t love you. Go away and let me be happy.”
Gage: “How was I going to make her see that no matter what I’d done, I was the man she should be with?”
When you break up with a woman over the phone and stay away for months, it is no easy task to win her back no matter how much you love her and she still loves you, and telling her that you miss her does not take away the blinding pain and hurt that Jordan endured from their breakup.
Jordan has moved on from the devastating breakup, she is about to become engaged to a wealthy businessman. He can give her everything that her best friend Nina has: financial security, beautiful home, cars, clothes, a life only one can dream about. But her dream has one flaw; she is not in love with her soon to be fiancée, she is in love with Gage. Kind of hard to overlook that fact when she finds herself face to face with him again!!
Gage ever the alpha male, is determined to win her back and finds himself having to protect her because of people he feels that are out to do her harm. He also is dealing with his past problems and between both he faces a collision course that could change everything.
This is a beautiful book of love, passion, mystery and suspense. It was so much fun to be reunited with Nina & Tristan Stone (Heart of Stone Trilogy) again. Gage always the bad boy is one hot erotic man and the sex between he and Jordan will leave you breathless!!
Their story was not concluded in this book which ends in a sort of cliffhanger; but we do know where their relationship stands at the end of the book. K. M. Scott always gives us the most amazing stories and characters. Her writing is flawless and I can’t wait for the next book in this series!!
Rosie's Book Heaven was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This is a story about a second chance relationship of a love that was once broken but never forgotten.
As this is a spin-off of the Heart of Stone trilogy, we already know Gage and Jordan from there. They were madly in love, they were a happy couple, living their love together until something broke them apart. In this book, we get to know the reasons behind Gage hurtful breakup with Jordan. Thinking he was doing the right thing to protect her from harm and maybe even death, Gage was bound to let her go and never see her again. That left Jordan a mess... she was heartbroken, unable to be happy without him and hurt from the way he broke things off with her. After months of unhappiness she meets Brock, a wealthy man able to make her happy and starts dating him and when Brock proposes to her she says yes. Now, days before her engagement party Gage comes back into her life determinant to have her back even when the threats continue.
Gage is a owner of a security company, who comes back to NYC after some time away. Now that he's near Jordan, he cant get her out of his mind, but the threats are real and he must stay away. One day he sees her and he know he cant be away from her. He needs her in his life again. He needs to explain himself to her, but knowing shes getting married breaks his heart.
In her engagement party, Jordan is taken away from the room by Gage where he starts explaining himself, but she doesn't want to hear... she's too hurt...
This is their story. A story of a unforgettable love, with a plot full of suspense, danger, hot scenes and a strong sassy female who doesn't break that easy.
As usual, KM Scott writing is the best. She capture our attention since the beginning if the book until the last page, leaving us wanting more!! This is a great story! Loved it!
Intense is the way I'd describe this story, Gage himself and the passion between him and Jordan. I felt so bad for Gage and how he thought he lost Jordan the only woman he ever loved. He left her for her own well being but he had to put that aside and fight for the woman he loved. When she tried to deny him I felt so bad for him because he was crushed. Then those old feelings seeped back in and Jordan couldn't stay away. When it seemed like this things were gonna get fixed between the two all hell broke loose. The man she was with and his sister turned out to be crazy. Now no one knows the truth about what's really going on and things have gotten really messed up. I can't wait for book 2. I need lots and lots of answers and a very nice HEA for Gage and Jordan. If that's even possible now.

What do you do when the love of your life, your soul mate, just up and decides that the two of you are not working out? What do you do when he walks off and doesn't even look back, as if he never cared to begin with? This is what Gage Varo did to Jordan Wright, and to say it hurt her is putting it mildly. Jordan has no way of knowing that the last thing Gage wanted to do, was the only thing that he could do. He never stopped caring, he never stopped loving her, and he always waited to find out if she would move on without him. Moving on, is the only option that Jordan has, so she takes it, refusing to admit to herself that she still loves Gage and probably always will. I have always heard that all that glitters is not gold, and this is certainly the case with Brock, the man that Jordan plans to marry. Bad decisions have landed Jordan in a whole lot of trouble, can Gage convince her of his love and that the feelings he has toward Brock are not just jealousy? OMG I need the second book now!! If you love a romance that is loaded with passion, suspense, drama, and intrigue, then this is the book for you. I also have to say that it was so great to have Nina & Tristan in this book, I absolutely loved their story, and although you don't have to read The Heart Of Stone series in order to enjoy this book, it will give you a deeper understanding of the characters, if you have read it. Kudos to K.M. Scott, I want my own Gage and the undying kind of love that he has for Jordan.
Unforgettable is book one in KM Scott’s Heart of Stone spin off series. This is Gage Varo and Jordan Wright’s story.
Through the first 60% of the book I found Jordan annoying. I get that she was hurt and heartbroken after Gage broke up with her over the phone and that she suffered a great pain during their time apart. But she was just too stubborn for my liking to let go of the past even when Gage tried to explain why he left and that he was still in love with her.
This being said when she realized her mistake and how much Gage loved her, their story evolved greatly.
The sex scenes were steamy and the plot suspenseful and intriguing!
The ending had me nervous! I think Jordan made a bad decision by not telling him the truth. I'm dying to see where their story will go from here. The book does end in a mini cliffhanger and there'll be a second book Unbreakable coming soon.
I also have to say that it was so great to have Nina & Tristan in this book. I loved them from the start in the beautiful Heart of Stone series. K.M. Scott's writing is flawless and she knows how to deliver sexy, intense, steamy contemporary romance.
Well.... I am just gonna put it out there.... Gage belongs to me.. He's my new book boyfriend and I DO NOT SHARE! Holy roller coaster ride! This book took so many twists and turns and kept me on my toes from the start! Jordan is trying to get over her ex by getting engaged though she never stopped loving him. Gage cannot let go of the girl he loved. And boy does he put up a fight to get her! While Jordan does drive me bonkers at times with her arguing with Gage, I honestly cannot blame her. Broken hearts are hard to repair. What I adored was how Gage never backed down.He dug in so deep to win her back. These two have such strong chemistry that it is hard to deny~ OH but wait.. its the twists that KM Scott tosses in there that make your head spin!!! At some points I was like WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?! The storyline was so intriguing that this is definitely one of those books that you devour quickly. Scott weaves such a mystery in this book that you are dying to know what happens next! I seriously cannot wait till the next in this series comes out because I NEED IT NOW!!! Pretty please with sugar on top!
Can you walk away from the only man you would ever love even after he broke your heart? Jordan Wright has given up on her happily ever after. She thought that Gage Varo was the one for her until he broke her heart over the phone, he couldn't even face her to tell her it was over. So now months later she is happy with Brock Hannon, or so she thinks. While Brock is handsome, smart, wealthy and can take care of her, Jordan knows that he will never be Gage. She has to stop thinking about Gage because she is marrying Brock. When Gage shows back up into her life, all the pain and hurt she felt when he ended it all came crashing back down on her. Will she give Gage another chance or will she marry Brock? Why is Gage still getting the threatening letters when he hasn't seen Jordan? Will they all learn the truth before it is too late? I loved Nina and Tristan and couldn't wait for this one, now I need book 2 for Gage and Jordan.
I love a book that gives you romance and mystery. Gage is just an ordinary guy with an extraordinary loving protective personality. Jordan is just an ordinary girl who wants to find her Prince Charming. When she thinks she lost him, she settles for a man she thinks will give her a good life. Jordan doesn't believe she deserves the good things in life. I absolutely love the friendship that Jordan and Nina have. They are able to be honest with each other and Tristan quietly supports their friendship. The villains in this book are the type you dislike instantly. I was very happy that Jordan realises how much Gage loves her. Looking forward to learning the rest of their story in the next book. Thank You K.M. Scott for another amazing book.
KM Scott continues to deliver suspense throughout the Heart of Stone series (though this is a spin off). In Unforgettable, we read about the struggling relationship between secondary characters Jordan Wright and Gage Varo. At some point prior to this, they were together but he broke up with her, later revealing he was receiving threatening letters saying he needed to break it off or she'd be in danger. Jordan begins dating Brock Hannon, and they quickly become engaged. Gage reappears in Jordan's life, causing her to question her feelings for Brock. She is forced to decide who she really wants, a decision that could cost her her life...
Seriously, great story, Jordan was heartbroken and had moved on about to get engaged to Brock. Gage had never stopped loving her, only gave her up because someone was using her / threatening her life if he didn't stop seeing her, so he always kept watch over her. Nina and Tristan, no one felt right about Brock, just had a feeling, then she and Gage talk, kiss, night of her engagement party, she fights her feelings, but they are still there. What will happen, will she marry him, go back to gage, is there something up with Brock, you will love this story, action, mystery, lies, deceit, love, as usual, K.M.Scott you out did yourself!
Gage and Jordan are two stubborn people. But they love each other madly. But when Gage starts getting letters about someone hurting Jordan, He does what he thought was right. but Jordan does get hurt and in trouble, that she thinks she can't fix. But what does Hailey and Jaime have against Jordon; and who are they really after? Jordon finally realize that her love for Gage is stronger then ever. And she can't tell Gage that Hailey force her to marry Jaime, because she thinks Gage won't forgive her and leave, but he will not leave her, because he lost her once and won't do it again.
I was so lucky to be given an ARC of this book and I loved this it! Gage is definitely my new BBF! Gage has never stopped wanting Jordan but there are reasons why he left her! Jordan is now with Brock. She wants it all and she deserves it all but there is just something about Brock that isn't the all that she deserves... Gage is the one and Jordan needs to know that he won't run again! There is never a dull moment in this book so many twists and turns! K.M.Scott has done it again with this book!
I was loving this book until the end. Who gets drugged, kidnapped, forced to marry someone, signs a blank piece of paper, get a gun pulled on them and not want to go to the police once they've escaped. Then she's scared to tell the man that she loves that she was forced into marriage instead of being honest. Duh he came to rescue you he knew that you wouldn't marry him at free well. The other books in the Stones series were believable but this ending. This book felt rushed at the end at least give us a good cliff hanger. I can't smh
So many mixed feelings. I know that Gage was the live of her life but she moved into another relationship. There should have been no kissing or other things going on until she ended things with Brock. I'm thinking Jordan was adopted and is the daughter of someone extremely wealthy. If she died Brock will inherit all her money from the marriage which technically doesn't exist since the real Brock is dead. I Hope we get a story about mountain man Daryl.

So good. A mysteriously sexy read. It's got secrets, sex, love, lies, it keeps guessing what's next. Leaves you in a cliff hanger and wondering all sorts of stuff. Loved New the characters while also reading about some of our old favorites.
HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! My only question is, How could Jordan be so stupid? She didn't make things better, she made them worse. I'm so disappointed in her. exceptional read. I can't wait to read unbreakable!
