Quick Read
Our pastor used this book as a sermon series during Advent. Each chapter was a good and some were emotional. I recommend this book even if you don't have to read it.

Concise, Heartfelt, & Useful Advent Resource
I throughly enjoyed this advent resource. I read it last year as well and many of the stories and anecdotes stuck with me. After retreading it this advent, I realized just how many of the ideas had worked their way into my mind. I have used some of the illustrations in sermons. I plan to purchase the study next year to use with our small group. I highly recommend this resource for people looking for an engaging spiritual read to enrich their own personal devotions this advent.
