About the author

Stephen H. Wolinsky is a founder of Quantum Psychology, integrating Western Psychology, Advaita-Vedanta’s Non-duality, Quantum Physics, Neuro-Science, and Buddhism. He is the author of fourteen books, audio tapes and a DVD series, I Am That I Am.
Wolinsky has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and began his psychotherapy practice in 1974. From 1975 to 1985 he met over thirty different Gurus, Teachers, Rinpoches, and Meditation Masters.
Wolinsky presently resides in Aptos, California.

how do I rate a book like this? parts of it are immensely deep and beautiful - embrace chaos, everything is energy, emptiness is the true form.

however, especially the last section on the enneagram, this begins to swerve more in pseudoscience and the land of phrenology. I think some of the tactics can be useful for some people. I don't get why nomenclature has to be scientific, such as 'quantum'. you don't have to steal sciences thunder to be meaningful.

anyway, I would definitely read this again before watching some trash tv on netflix 😂 it can make you think
