i try to read about one virtue every day; it's broken down for that kind of function. makes for a great focus for a yoga or meditation practice. and letting the concepts (for instance, nonjudgment, kindness, integrity) soak in for a day gives me a chance to interact with people following the tao mentoring principles. as in, every relationship we have can be seen as a tao mentor model--giving and taking, learning & teaching simultaneously.
