A serial killer is on the loose in New York city. He is known as the "Midnight Strangler", and is playing a cat-and-mouse game with Detectives. His arrogance leaves the police scrambling and grasping at straw. They have been unable to capture him, and they don't have any leads on the serial killer either. He seems to know their every move even before they've made it.
