This short read is on recruitment and selection is part of the aspects to Human Resources Management. It offered an informative introduction to the topic and can be read under one hour even if you are not too familiar with the topic and the processes involved.

Many people at one point in their lifetime have experienced a recruitment and selection process during job applications. Therefore, what is written in this book will not be foreign in understanding.

Good introduction to Recruitment and Selection

This is good for anyone new to Recruitment and Selection. However thought that some of the examples used especially in person specifications were 'wooly'. Expected more innovative ideas.
