I love this book! Just about every page has a salad I want to make....very unique recipes with common ingredients, and all are healthy and could be a meal

Nice variety of salads - side, main dish, fruit & more - with a wide range of (mostly-easy-to-find) ingredients. I bookmarked 20+ to try. Have tried 3 so far; 1 was a hit, and 2 didn't impress us (the kids are wary of any "salad" that doesn't include ranch dressing). Nice number of photos, nice index. The font size on the ingredients is entirely too small, especially where there are fractions. Nearly impossible to read those!
