Overall, this is a very informative little book . I learned quite a bit about fasting that I did not know. I plan to actually try one or maybe two of the fasting methods described. So why is this review a four and not five? First, I found far too many references and recommendations to powdered whey protein shakes. I'm just not a fan of fake foods. Second, there were a good dozen or more typos. Not blatantly misspelled words, but missing words or wrong words. This is a good writer with lots of information who needs to hire a proofreader.
