Very original story
This is the best series I've read in quite awhile. Other worlds, not your typical hero vs villain. Even the "bad guys" (mostly) aren't all bad. Some pretty cool futuristic technological advances , and a little romance is great. I did not see Evelyn's reaction to Will coming AT.ALL. One little complaint, I don't know if the author actually reads these reviews...but... big pet peeves. Women referring to their partner as " my man" I HATE THAT PHRASING so much ! I have never had a friend who talks like that . Don't know why it bugs me so much, it does not detract from the story, and the females in this series are as kick ass as the men some more so! So I'll forgive that flaw. Lol.

Sexual references weaken the story
The sexual stuff could be toned down. It doesn't make the story any better. I've enjoyed all of his books. The sex isn't needed.

Another great installment for the series from matt ryan.
When you start reading, you will ask yourself if you missed some parts of the book or if there's a book 4.5 and there's none because you will be somehow lost in the story.
The story continues after several years when Samantha died and you will meet Evelyn. There is no prologue or introduction or flashback. But as you read on, you'll get absorbed with the story, how they tracked Marcus or should I say how Marcus tracked them. The book is still action-packed that keeps getting better and better. Read on as a new member of the group will emerge in the latter part of the story that will make your brain ask several questions and makes you anticipate the final book of the series.

Not sure where to start...
Book 5 brings us the final confrontation between the remaining 5, Harris, Travis, the parents Sharati, and the mutants. MM has kidnapped Joey and Poly's daughter Evelyn, Julie is pregnant and one of the remaining 5 dies (heartbreaking spoiler alert, sorry). It is another rollercoaster of a story and you just have to sit back and enjoy the ride. It ends in a cliffhanger that leaves me wanting for more. Can't wait for the final book.

Mesmerizing!
I got the first book of this series thinking I wouldn't get into it. I really enjoyed them all and am looking forward to the final one.

Great series
I have really enjoyed every book in this series and look forward to the next one. Matt keeps looking forward to which world the Six will pop up on next.

Good book! Only complaint is that teenagers really don't say "crap or heck" in the situations that these kids have been in. Lol
