Nice introductory read on HEMS ventilator management. The clinical scenarios, alone, are almost worth the read! I removed a single star for the poor grammar and editorial quality but overall, it’s worth your time.

This is a great textbook for paramedics who are brand new to vent management. It’s breaks it all the way down to the very basic concept and then builds up from there. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the Advanced Ventilation Management book that was just released a year or so ago.
