I read this book back in the 90s. The copyright date is 1992. Some of the information is probably outdated.

The chapters are really short. Each starts off with a paragraphs or two explaining the problem being considered. Then there's a "Did You Know?" section with facts and figures concerning the problem. This section is followed by information on "What You Can Do" or "Five-Minute Solutions." Some chapters end there, but others also include a resource list.
