Back in 2013, I decided to combine my background in several natural health/ self-care and wellness modalities (I'm certified in Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, aromatherapy, and massage therapy) with my passion for writing/creating, and, most importantly, helping, coaching and motivating others - and this is how I became a wellness author. Through my books, I was given the opportunity to empower tens of thousands of readers across the globe.

Written conversationally, reading this book was like listening to my best friend tell me all the things that worked for her to lose weight. Pretty comprehensive list of tips provided in easy to read and concise manner.

Another great book by Marta for anyone who's looking for some help with motivation and getting back on the wagon of fitness and weight loss. Also great for anyone who's about to begin any type of program but are not sure of a good starting point.

I don’t know how this book ended up on my phone, must have been an error on my part. I don't agree with the author - the biggest motivation for exercise can not be that everyone is looking at you as a role model :) But nevertheless I did catch some good sentences:
* If you motivate others through your actions, you become more motivated yourself.
* Planning and preparation can LEAD to motivation.
* For great progress every day it's important to become your biggest cheerleader instead Your biggest critic.

Simple straight to the point.I enjoyed it it’s a lot of information,no spoilers this is a sprout book review and I received the book for free for a honest review
