Amazing!

I had so many emotions while reading this book. Perfect combination of action, romance and really hot sex. I can't lie I got frustrated with Alani's insecurities but that how good the book is. Evan is an amazing alpha. The change on Evan through time was a big surprise for me. I love the Stone brothers.. Amazing job! 5stars

3rd book in series. It's Evan and Alani''s story. Evan has been attracted to Alani almost since the day he met her. Lani is one of the girls involved in the high school rape incident. She has never recovered emotionally from that and has trouble trusting men that show any sign of aggression. She is attracted to Evan but just can't let herself fall for him. After 10 years the guys that raped Missy and attacked her and Kerrigan have started threating them. Jackson the leader of the butch has left Alani a disturbing note. Telling her he's coming after her and Missy's son from the rape and he's watching her. Evan freaks out and goes into protective mode immediately. He makes Alani move in with him. Within months Alani is starting to fall for Evan but is still trying to fight it. They do end up making love one night and weeks later she finds she's pregnant. That night she leaves the penthouse to get a pregnancy test and is kidnapped by Jackson. He also grabs Cade his son with Missy. He hides them away for 8 mos. While Evan is going crazy trying to find them. Alani has her baby while captured and finds out Jackson is planning on selling her daughter. She finally finds a way to get Cade out to go for help. That ends up bringing Evan and his brothers to rescue them. Evan manages to save her and Harper her baby. Evan is shocked to find out he's a father. The rest of the story is how Alani finds a way to heal rom her past and let Evan into her life.

One of the things I liked most on this series is that the 3 brothers each have their own book but they all stay characters in the other books. So you get to see what going on with their families through the whole series. Their is suppose to be a book 4 Brayden and Missy, but I haven't found it available to buy yet (9/2017) still can't find 9/2019

Lots of thoughts about this one...
Evan has a dark side. Really dark.
Lani experienced a terrible thing as a teen and I get it. There is no right or wrong way to react to something like she went through, but in the land of fictional stories, I wanted her to get over it. She was introduced in book 1 as a badass, and she had moments of simply being a bitch, but she was essentially a victim and that's all.
Because so much of Evan and Lani's story was played out as the climax of the last book, I felt like the first 10 chapters of this book were completely unnecessary. Sure, a bit of back story is a good thing, but I don't need 10 chapters of the day to day fighting and misunderstandings before we even get to the 'event'. There was still a lot of repeating during the rescue...
Then we have everyone home and it's just D.R.A.M.A.
I wanted so much more from this book. I wanted a sexy struggle, a terrifying ordeal, a heroic rescue, and a passionate reunion.

Also...stop with the caps lock! Save it for when a character is dangling off a rickety bridge and they're calling for help. Not in the middle of sex, or out of frustration. That's what italics and exclamation marks are for. (Rant finished)

I absolutely love this book. I already had an idea of how dominant and strong willed Evan was but omg reading his POV just melted my panties right off. The author did a great job of showing us rather than telling us the characters feelings. There are a few times that I got teary eyes. I thought I was not going to like Alina but after seeing everything that she went through, she deserved a little pity but she was also a very strong character. Anyone that knows me knows my favorite from this series is Noah but Evan came so closed to taking the title. You will find a little bit of everything in this book and I think that is what I love most.. You have steamy scenes, amazing emotions, actions, suspense, love and more hot moments. I cant stop talking about how intense Evan is out all the brothers, he has been the one that got to me the most. I Will definitely recommend this to all my fellow readers friends.

The best by Far

T Saint John writes her best yet . I've read all three stone brothers books and I feel this is the best by far. The storyline is gripping, flows well and has your emotions all over the place . I knew Evan would turn out to be my favourite brother right from the first book he had me wanting to know more see inside him reveal the secrets that only Evan knows and that is exactly what uncovering stone does I loved him, his moody cocky attitude and the passion in which he loves Lani made me melt. The chemistry between Evan and Lani was explosive they loved to hate each other but it's not always easy to say what you want. Lani didn't find it easy to relay her feelings and doubt herself constantly and to be honest at times it got me so angry I wanted to slap her , but in my opinion that just makes for good writing . The way that T Saint John has grown in her writing over the past 3 books is amazing and she has fast become on of my favourite authors.

Great finish to a great series. The first book is still my favorite though I loved all the Stone men. Evan was such an ass but I loved every bit of him. The only thing I really didn't enjoy about this book was the time it took Alani to figure her shit out. It irritated me she was so wishy washy i want you but i don't but i don't want you to want anyone else kind of cycle. Thankfully that didn't last long and every other part of the book made up for it. Exactly series to read.

Evan and Alani

Evan has been attracted to the feisty Alani since he met her years ago. They're both stubborn and fight the pull of attraction they feel for each other. Great ending to the series!

This is the third Stone Brothers book and it should be read after the other two to enjoy the character growth and to feel for the story as it unfolds. The Stone Brothers were raised in a terribly abusive family, their mother escaped when the boys were quite young. The brothers have grown up to be intelligent, and overly career oriented; they had something to prove to themselves and others. Their experiences at such a young age have made them all alpha and highly sexual. They are proving their worth through their career highs and the woman that they bed. This all changes when the woman of their dreams appears in real life. This is Evan and Lani's story.

Evan is a wealthy Lawyer and Lani is a Private Investigator. They both desire to help others as a result of their life experiences. Lani was assaulted with two of her close friends at college and she is still unable to get over the experience. This story is about her search for the men who carried out the attack, and the subsequent events that arise and bring Evan and Lani together under Evan's roof for her protection.

Suspense, emotions, and love are creatively captured in this story. The author has infused her own life experiences to make this story the best it can be.

Some of my favorite quotes:

"Because my feelings for you scare me." Lani

"Because, apparently the universe decided you were mine."

"If I have to kidnap you to make sure you're safe, that's what I'll do.

"I wonder if she realizes that she was only able to calm herself once she was in my arms."

"I'm overcome with emotion when I trace the words directly over his heart with my fingers-'Always mine'. My eyes are drawn to his face and I look searchingly into his eyes."

This book is the best yet, by this talented new author T. Saint John.

This book was gifted by the author for an honest review.

It's sad to see an ending to a great series. T Saint John has done it again with her last Stone brother Evan Stone in Uncovering Stone. Evan is your typical Manwhore. He's also arrogant, aggressive, emotionless, obsessive, overprotective, overly OCD...basically your average Alpha male. Alani is your typical independent woman who doesn't want Evan because of his said ways. But of course, fate had it worked out when Alani is being stalked and threatened by a man in her past that she's been investigating since that horrific night where her and Kerrigan were almost raped. Evan steps in to protect her fiercely. Because in the mind of Evan Stone, Alani is his and what's his he must protect. I knew from the beginning of Finding Stone, Evan was going to be my favorite brother and I was so right! T Saint John writing style is flawless, making you feel what the characters are feeling. And boy was I feeling everything from anger to happy to sad to WTF???. It was definitely an emotional Rollercoaster with Evan and Alani and their up & down relationship. I have to say that Alani was getting on my nerves at one point but I truly understood why she was the way that she was. I wanted to take my time with this book but it was so damn good..I got done with it by the end of the day. I love love loved this book so hard and loved Evan even harder!

I finally got the extra time to read the last book in the Stone Brothers Series and it was definitely worth the wait! It was even more than I expected it to be! I knew that Evan was going to be the most complex brother of the three and he is! I love how the story line flows and also that the author brings just enough background from the other two books to help remind us of their story lines but not too much so that we feel like we are re-reading them. And just like with the previous two books in the series the character development is spot on. I feel like I know the Stone Brothers as if they are my own family members. In Uncovering Stone we learn about Evan's darker side and we learn what makes Evan tick and we learn how his past is responsible to molding Evan into the kind of man he is today. We also get an inside peek at Alani's past and we get to see why she is the woman that she is. There is just the right amount of suspense and drama to keep us guessing all the way to the end. To say that there is some intense and steamy sex scenes would most definitely be an understatement. They will most certainly heat things up when you read them! Probably not a good idea to read those parts if your out in public. This book and the other two in the series will most definitely be put in my re-read collection. Great job T! I look forward to your next series!

Great read

I truly loved this series. It was great to read about all of the Stone brothers and their women. This was a series with a lot of drama, suspense and determination from everyone.

Evan has so much resentment over his childhood that he never thought about marrying anyone.. But he fell in love with Lani from the moment he met her. Never being able to voice his love created massive animosity over the years, but he knew Lani was it for him.

Lani never had the ability to give herself to anyone, but her attraction to Evan was always palpable. She just couldn't do anything about it. Never thinking she could be s part of his world made her resist him.

This book had so much going on, and you never knew what was going to happen next. From the time that Lani disappeared to dealing with all of their emotions, you just never knew what Evan was going to do. So much time elapsed during this book, but it was great to learn everything that needed to be told.

This series was so good. I encourage you to start from the beginning and read until the last book. You won't regret it. Promise!!

Evan and Lani. What a story! I waited so long to know Evan and certainly the author did not disappointed. Without giving any spoilers I can certainly say that although Lani sometimes made me mad and I wanted to strangle her I can certainly understand way she was the way she was. But the most important theme for me here was Evan and how he changed and grew through the years of just loving this singularly strong woman. He had his demons but he dealt with them and learned how to be a better man. The whole thing was amazing. I just can't say anything else. Now give me some Stone sons stories! Btw...can baby Harper and Missy's son be a pair someday?! Interesting!

Wow, blew me away

I knew, just knew, that Evan would be hot. The long anticipated wait for him was worth every minute. Love Evan, love Lani, love Evan & Lani together. I don't like going into storyline in reviews as I fear spoilers if I get carried away lol. Obviously I've read all three Stone Brothers and have to admit to noticing the gradual improvement in this authors writing. Don't get me wrong, book one was great, but with book 3 she reached new heights. Any author that can pull as many emotions from me as T Saint John will always get my five stars, more if possible.
I now look forward to seeing what this up and coming author brings to us next '

Gifted a copy from the author.

This was a book I had been waiting for, I could not wait to read Evan's story and what a story. It was an emotional rollercoaster to read, what both Evan and Alani went through to get their happy ever after, for most of the book I struggled to see how these 2 would be able to have a happy future together due to outside forces, making it hard for me to want to put the book down till I finished, which is a sign of a great author. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next from this author.

Mr. Tattoos

I've been apart of the journey for awhile now and finally reading the finished product makes me so happy to have been apart of the beta process. If you haven't met the Stone Brothers you really should. Evan is a force to be reckoned with and requires someone just as strong as he is to deal with his moments. Lani is just as strong. Their journey to each other isn't easy but eventually love prevails. It's sad to see it end but we all known this really isn't the end....... Great job my friend all the tears and frustration definitely paid off!

Yep, I was right. I loved Evan more than Maddox or Noah. Alani was difficult sometimes, but I think that was just because Evan was being an arrogant a$$. In the previous Stone books the speed and timeline seemed crazy fast and it kind of detracted from the book for me. Not this one, you got it right Ms. Saint John! It had some extra length and I think that really developed the characters and solidified the book for me. Hoping for some more Stone Boys :) Okay, in all reality I will read whatever you write.

The last of the Stone Brothers.

Evan Stone the last of the Stone Brothers, he was never my favorite and always seemed to be an arrogant bum hole. I have new love for him now the way he friended Lani and helped her out so much was so good . All the moments with Harper ahh my ovaries are going into overload. Lain irradiated me a little she was such a flip flopper. The only thing I really had an issue with was that so much happened and then it was like over that's over next. I guessed it felt rushed, but a great end to a great series.

Perfect ending for the last Stone brother!

Loved this one just as much as I loved the other two. Evan might even be my favorite. He's a take charge and get things done kind of guy. Lani drove me crazy! Lol I think by this third boom, I was already emotionally invested in the characters so much that I enjoyed this book even more. T writes amazingly and I cannot wait to read what she has for us next!

I knew I was going to love this book but I didn't know it was going to knock me off my feet! Wow!!!! When Evan loves, he loves with everything in him. Lani doesn't want to give in... But with someone like Evan chasing you... Good luck with that! I loved this book so hard! It was written beautifully. T. Saint John is a new author to me but when I read the first book in this series, I immediately bought the rest! 5+ stars!!!!
