I had been wanting to read this book for some time. It has some interesting activities, but there are areas that are gray if you don't know what EGALA training's cover or Heartmath breathing or activities are.

There are good samples of what some paperwork should cover with safety incident reports for human & I really like that there was one for the horse.
The activities I liked most are 18, Colorful Communication, 19, Chaos, 21 Story time, and 29 Blind walk.
