This story was really cute...
You get Jade the rock star who is very snarky and Conrad the fireman who fights wild fires.
The two of them together I could feel the connection between them. I don't know that I would call this a insta-love novella. To me at least it was more of a slow burn were they built up their relationship while Jade was unsure of his feelings. You get your sweet and funny with this novella also.
All together I really liked this Novella!

God I just love stories with rock stars. This was a great book just wish it was longer. It takes a little while for Conrad to realize who Jade was and I loved how the author was able to do that and not make it seem cliché. This was a great love story and I just didn’t want it to end. Even through it was still basically an instant love type of story it did not come across that way. Excellent job Ms. Carmichael.

Read twice adding now cute story about jade and conrad, Jake an rock star and conrad an firefighter meet each other in an bar and from then on is love at insta but hey didnt mind because they talked and between conrad busy job fighting fires they make it work. Plus the way the guys talked to each other was so cute and in an humorous way they were just cute.
