This book is practical with lots of exercises. I was pleased to recognize the progress I had made and already done many things they encourage. Got several more new things to reflect on. Let’s go.

This book has been so powerful for me as a therapist. At first I thought it was too flowery for me, however the messages are so incredibly powerful for my clients and for me. It opens the space for us to look at the hard but also the good of their history.

Parts of this book have not aged well/seemed lackluster, but there were also some genuinely insightful passages.
