A very thorough look at the process of innovation. A step-by-step guide to consistent innovative thinking.

The book starts with six steps to an effective process. The authors then talk about people to avoid or not become. Followed by successful types of innovators across the spectrum. Last come strategies and tactics.

All in all, a very valuable resource for those looking to stand out in the corporate world, small business, community organizations or any other form of leadership endeavor.

This was a great book. I feel it can apply in my life now, but would have even more so when I was in my corporate world! Great insights on how to be the innovator, stay fresh, don't lose yourself while continuing to grow. The the biggest nugget for me was the Brainstorm chapter! (Peoplestorming in particular!) I had forgotten over the years how effective and important brainstorming can be and feel
encouraged that adding it back to my life will help me breakthrough a few ruts!
