I love this book not just for the recipes (which are terrific), but also for the alcohol substitutions and work-arounds. Her work with vinegars is quite creative.

The forward by Robert Dupont, M.D. Liz Scott is a professional chef and in recovery for many years. The book is a trip through her sobriety and the changes in going from her liquid diet, to bringing her body back to health through her Culinary education. Grabbed it for the recipes, love it for the fascinating journey. Loved it!
