Family isn't always defined by blood. Sometimes family is born of love, loyalty, and choice. Sometimes the bond that comes from someone having your back through the shittiest of times is stronger than anything you get from genetics, and sometimes you find that piece of your soul you didn't even know was missing. I'm a lucky guy like that. I found a love that will never fade. I found a group of people who aren't just my friends; they've become my family. There's only one place to go from here. I'm gonna bind myself to Rimmel in every possible way. I'm gonna bring our family even closer together. The past has taught me it won't be easy, but that's okay. Family doesn't quit each other. Love like ours never dies. Happily ever after isn't just for storybooks.Contains mature themes.

The sixth and final book for the two main couples of the series Roman ‘Romeo’ Anderson and Rimmel Hudson and their best friends Braeden ‘B’ James Walker and Ivy Forrester. We get a happy ending for the four of them, though that doesn't mean the journey to happiness was easy. Overall, I was bored, the story was predictable and I skimmed for the most part. The only thing that I did like was Romeo and Braeden's bromance. I love a good bromance and I like that the two of them ain't afraid to tell each other they need one another. Another thing I liked was seeing Trent and Drew more. But I was a bit disappointed as to how little we saw them. Would've been nice to see them through Romeo and Braeden's eyes... Also, do anyone know the ages of Trent - and most importantly - Drew?
We just loved deeper. Bonded tighter. And knew exactly where we belonged.
Our life wasn’t over.
It was just beginning.
And it was going to be one fucking beautiful ride.

Quick basic facts:
Genre: - (New Adult) Contemporary Romance.
Series: - Series, Book Six.
Love triangle? -
Cheating? -
HEA? -
Favorite character? - Roman ‘Romeo’ Anderson.
Would I read more by this author/or of series? - Yes.
Would I recommend this book/series? - Not sure
Will I read this again in the future? - No.
Rating - 2 stars.

Now, I am presented with a dilemma. Which one did I love more, #Hater or #Heart? Must be the Capital H at the beginning which spells for holy-shit-that-was-amazing.

Heart is told by four POVs. All of them are equally amazing and the plot is simple though very interesting. Romeo and Rimmel didn't really have any issues, which were concentrated in Breaden and Ivy's story. Still, with the wedding thing, we got tons of sweet moments.

I believe this one to be the sweetest book of the series. We have epicness spilling from the pages like rainbow-colored sprinkles.

In #Heart we really see the Family united against an enemy. With Drew's funny attitude, Romeo's swooniness, Breaden's witty retorts and the girls' amazing characters, #Heart is a cocktail of thrilling feel-good. And the sexy times? Tons of steam and sweetness. A perfect mix!

The epilogue was epic, long and heartfelt.

I especially loved the Ivy thing, which I won't spoil. It wasn't a big surprise really, since the signs were clear from the beginning, but it made for good interactions and relationship growth.

Finally, Missy. I obviosly hated her in both #Selfie and #Poser, but here, in the end, when she revealed her true feelings I couln't help by pity her. If there's something this seires teaches you is that evil doesn't really exist. It's a matter of perspective. But also that family is family, and it has nothing to do with blood.

In conclusion, the Hashtag series was one fucking beautiful ride to say it Romeo style. And a definite re-read.

Now I only need to get my hands on "Holiday" the novella that follows the series. Can't wait to eat it up... that and Drew's story... and Trent's...

#Heart honestly felt like one big, tasty, dramalicious epilogue for our much loved Hashtag characters. I generally had a lot of fun reading this, but I also believe a lot of what transpired here was probably unnecessary to the overall story, making this particular installment feel way longer than it needed to be. But if it's a case of more or less, I'll always pick more, thank you very much.

First and foremost, I’m very appreciative that the events that transpired at the end of #Poser were explored on a deeper level in this story. I was left a bit stunned by what happened during the previous story, so I was very glad to see Braeden and Ivy dealing realistically with the aftermath of such a trauma, here. . This group of friends and the endlessly loyal and loving make-shift family they’ve created together has proven to be one of my absolute favourite aspects of this series, and along with those bonds comes the belief that these people can literally overcome any horrid thing that comes their way, as long as they stand together. We should all be so lucky to have friends like these.

I’m a lover of sap in my romance reading and all the delicious romantic goodness has really worked for me throughout this particular series. There were some really lovely scenes scattered throughout this story that made my heart happy and full , yet I couldn’t help but feel that several moments in this book just became a bit too awkward and over the top for even my sap-loving heart.

One aspect I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated was the four-way split narrative, with Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden, and Ivy all getting their fair share of page time. I tend to favour the boys over the girls, but having them share the narrative helped keep me engaged, even when some of those sillier story elements (as mentioned above) were transpiring.

I must say, I’m now more excited than ever to get to Drew and Trent’s spin off series. These two secondary characters have steadily won my adoration throughout this series and I can’t wait to see what lies in store for them as leading men and eventual friends-to-lovers. Seriously, BRING IT ON!!!

Perfect conclusion to the Hashtag series! There was a little bit of drama and so much romance! I really love this family and their bond. Romeo and Braeden are amazing alpha males who love their woman fiercely and would do anything for them. Rimmel and Ivy are strong women who love their man unconditionally. It’s impossible to choose a favorite person, because I love them all.

Me + Hashtag series = Love

This is a #PERFECT end to a #PERFECT series!!!

I'm kind of ambivalent today. I finally finished the Hashtag series and I don't know what to do with myself. I feel so happy because I couldn't wish for a better ending. However, I also feel sad because this marks an end to another era. This series has been with me for a long time. I'm sure that other series will crop up soon enough, but I am also sure that Cambria Hebert did a good job of making this series such a memorable one. The HASHTAG SERIES is tattooed on my heart. That's just the way it is.

This book shows how they have grown from start to end. It reminisces the events that happened in the past, but it also has an air of hopefulness for the future. The gang finally gets what they deserve and then some. The complications are present, but they take it as a team and I'll be forever grateful for that. I love the way they move and think like a team. I love it that even though the issues presented in this book are so heavy even Atlas won't be able to carry it, they still pulled through - AS A FAMILY.

I felt shocked in some scenes here, but I also felt enlightened. My questions were answered, especially questions about Zach. :)

Anyway, I would say that ultimately... BRAEDEN is my favorite because he had the hardest journey among the gang and he continued to be strong, not just for himself but also for the people around him. It's a validation of his strength. I love him and I love his part of the story so much. :)

This is an awesome fictional group that "The family that have breakfast together, stays together!" haha! I just had to include that here. LOL.

I love Braeden, Romeo, Rimmel and Ivy with all my heart. I will sure miss the gang!!!

ONTO NEW HEIGHTS WITH CAMBRIA HEBERT!!!
I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT SERIES!!!!!

Sigh, I want more.
That’s all if you liked any of the previous #Hashtag books you’re going to melt over this one.

This series is just so damn wonderful!

I really love these people they have become great friends of mine! ( Okay okay it's all in my head but still we are friends)

Sometimes I just feel a bit bad for them all because I love that they continue but on the other side I don't want to see them hurt. They have overcome so many things together and came a very long way!

I Love these people very much!

Thank you Cambria!

What an absolutely beautiful end to an amazing series! #♥ is full of the drama, romance and family that we’ve come to love in this series, and the ending was bittersweet!

#♥ is told in four points of view, so we get to see inside Rimmel’s, Romeo’s, Braeden’s, and Ivy’s minds as they finish this crazy journey in their lives. #♥ starts after the end of #Player (Romeo and Rimmel’s story) and #Poser (Braeden and Ivy’s story). Romeo and Rimmel are about to start their lives together, being newly engaged, and Ivy and Braeden are dealing with the aftermath of the car crash and working on moving forward. Just when you think things can’t go wrong for these characters, one final thing comes in that could destroy them all and ruin their tight knit family.

Romeo and Rimmel are happy in love, and working on planning their wedding. I loved the little romantic things that Romeo still does for Rimmel even though he has her. Seeing things play out for them, and seeing how much Rimmel has grown and changed from the beginning of this series to now was awesome. Rimmel is still the clumsy “nerd” she was, but she’s stronger, fierce, and very protective of Romeo and everyone else in their “family”. She’s grown up a ton, as did Romeo, and I was crying happy tears when they finally became man and wife.

Braeden and Ivy have so much to work through still, but as long as they have one another, they can make it through anything. Each of them are dealing with life after the car accident that took Zach’s life, but the love for one another shines through everything else. When things get tough, they come together and are stronger than ever. Seeing Ivy being the rock for Braeden in this story was awesome. She’s always been a spit-fire, but when people and outside forces threatens the man she loves, you don’t want to see how angry and feisty she can get. I LOVED how things ended up for these two and I can’t believe how much both of them have changed since we first met them in #Nerd.

I absolutely adored seeing how strong Rimmel, Romeo, Braeden, Ivy, Drew, and Trent are and how they will stand by one another no matter what. After watching these characters grow throughout this series, it was beautiful to see how mature they have become and how strong their bond is. One thing I loved was seeing Ivy and Romeo become closer in this story. I think both of them were jealous of the BBFL relationship that Braeden and Rimmel had and didn’t really understand it, until they had it themselves. Throw in Trent and Drew, and this is one amazing and tight knit family.

Seeing these characters get their HEA was a long time coming, and done in a perfect way. With everything that’s happened to them in previous books, and the crap they have to go through in this story, to see them get everything they deserved and more was bittersweet and emotional. I laughed, I cried, and I read slower than normal just so I didn’t have to read the words “The End”.

As much as I hate to say goodbye to these characters, I now they will stay with me for a long time. I was weary picking up #Nerd a year ago, but now that I’ve met this group of friends and read their story, I didn’t want to say goodbye as I’ve come to love them dearly. As readers we always want more, and I am not ashamed to admit I would read twenty more books in this series if Cambria Hebert would write them, but at the same time, I am ecstatic with how this series ended. I have laughed with these characters, cried for them, and fought with them, and now I’m crying with the ending. I’m not crying because of how it ended, but with how beautiful the ending truly was. I encourage everyone who hasn’t read this series, to go grab #Nerd now and read till the very last page of #Heart, trust me on this, you will fall in love with these characters and the ride they take you on!

“Love chose us.
Even though we weren’t young college students anymore, even though we had jobs, family, and responsibilities, we were still the same. Deep down inside us, we were all still the same.
We just loved deeper. Bonded tighter. And knew exactly where we belonged.
Our life wasn’t over.
It was just beginning.
And it was going to be one fucking beautiful ride.”
-Romeo Anderson

BITTER. SWEET.

I prolonged reading this one as much as I can, but it had to be done. I had to move forward. Their story will never be over. Just like what Romeo said, this is all just the beginning. It will keep on going, but it's so hard to part ways with this #OneFamilyUnited.

At first, I was a bit stunned that this will have all POVs from Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden, and Ivy. I didn't know how that would turn out, but I dug it. It was perfect having all four of them in this book. I think Braeden and Ivy's story still dominated it, what with everything going down with Zach and the things Braeden was facing. Plus his football career, too. But the progress in Rome and Rim's life was such a refreshing thing here. And the addition of Drew and Trent in the family as well. That was so much fun. It just makes me look forward to Drew's upcoming book, #Junkie!

Anyway, the way this family was threatened was so damn intense. I mean, this is the part where you say shit just got real. Although the way they rallied beside one another and fought side by side when one was down will make you green with envy to have a bond like they do. This just shows how much they mean when they say family is not only measured by blood. These were friends that turned into one family united. Literally. It was overwhelming yet so heart melting.

What happened to Braeden here was such a clear cut on the cycle of life. The things he and Ivy has gone through was just so much it makes my heart ache, my soul howl from so much pain. I'm more than relieved and glad with how they overcame everything and is even happier than ever with what they're blessed with.

And then there's Romeo and Rimmel. God, these two are just so perfectly adorable. I almost forgot how amazing this pair is together. They're stronger and more inseparable than ever. Their love for this family, especially, will always overshadow anything and everything. I think these two hold the most meaning in this pack. Don't get me wrong, everyone plays a role here and is just as devoted to this family, but I think it always dwindles down to Romeo and Rimmel. They're the voices of reason who keeps everyone tighter and better together. I think there wouldn't have been this family if Rimmel didn't shove that tutoring paper in Romeo's face that day.

I can go on and on with how much this book means to me and how much I adore all these guys, but it might take me forever. So I'm just gonna say thank you to Cambria Hebert for imparting this series with us, these characters that will live on in our hearts for all time. It will forever be one of my most favorite series. Ever. Times two. #ThankYou

Series: The Hashtag Series #6 (must be read in order)
Genre: New Adult. College and Sports Romance.

:: 5 Pretty Little Stars ::

This is by far one of my favorite series ever. Cambria Hebert brings these characters to LIFE. I feel like I was along their life journeys with each of the characters. In this installment, we get each characters perspective (Rimmel, Romeo, Ivy, and Braeden's) who appeared in the previous books. AND I LOVED THIS. This book really brings the whole series together beautifully. Anyway, I will keep this review short and sweet and just add that you really need to read this series if you haven't had the chance already. It's an amazing new adult/college romance between a few characters who will steal your heart forever. I have equal love for each and every one of them and am sad that their stories are almost over. WAH!! The final book in the series -- #Bae -- is available now!

Highly recommended

Reading #Heart is like when your favorite TV show has been cancelled, but then they came out with a reunion episode! And your #heart is so full because you get to see all your favorite characters get their HEA's. That's exactly what this book was, which I will never object to! Personally, I'm Team Ivy and Braeden, so I was super excited to see more with them especially after everything that happened in #Poser(aka, my favorite book of this series)!

I will admit, the latter half of this book gets pretty corny. But when it comes to the 6th book in a series everyone is dying to get the perfectly wrapped bow kind of ending. Corny, yes, but I loved it.

Reading this just makes me crave Trent and Drew's story!!!!!!! I love binge reading series and NEVER stray, but I just have to. Even though I would normally move right on to #Bae, I can't until I figure out what happens with these two!

This story was a great ending to this series ... or let's say a great ending of the first part of the story of these guys.

I loved this story. It is the perfect last book in this series and I can't wait to read more about Drew and Trent and hopefully there will be a lot of Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden and Ivy in it

this is definitely one of my favorite NA series ... and although some things may be a bit overdone (especially in the first two books), Cambria Hebert wrote herself into my heart with this
the books definitely develop and grow in their intensity and I cannot wait to read more.

This book is swoon worthy. We get them all! Rome, Rim, B and Ivy with a side of Trent and Drew.
So much happens and it all comes to an end that is so cute, romantic and funny!

I love, love, love this series and I am sad that it is over. I really need some more of these guys. But luckily a new series with Drew is in the works so I hope to see my two favorite couples again.

I can't say much more without giving anything away but this series will hold a favorite spot with me for a very long time.

I love these couples so much! They fit perfectly and I'm happy we got all four points of view in this book. So many big milestones were hit in this one, my babies are growing up lol. I'm glad B and Ivy are okay after what they went through with Zach and Romeo and Rimmel got to plan their wedding. This had a bit less drama than the other books and that was totally fine with me because after all they've been through they deserve a bit of a break.
The ending was fantastic and really wrapped things up, so I'm interested to see what the last book will be about. Also, Drew and Trent are pretty good friends *wink wink* and I'm looking forward to the spin off series!

I loved this book too. It was about Romeo and Rimmel. Braden and Ivy. I loved hearing about the wedding and how Nova came to be. I love how the author even made Prada part of the book series as well as Murphy.

I read #Junkie (GearShark, #1) by Cambria Hebert before I knew this series was first but it was okay to read out of order because I liked that I knew all the characters before I knew their back story. I kind of preferred reading it that way.

I can't wait to read more from this author. She has such a way you end up loving and hating all those you are supposed to love and hate.

To be really fair, I don’t even now where to begin with this review… I’m going to wing it though, give you the typical technical babble and then likely gush about it.

#Heart or #<3 as you’ll see many places is the sixth book in The Hashtag series by Cambria Hebert. It is the finale book for the series and no, it cannot be read as a standalone. Don’t even try, you’ll get lost and miss way too much information that you actually need. If you’re looking to read these, take yourself back to #Nerd and start there. #Heart is written in the first person but it’s from four points of view this time. You have Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden and Ivy. There is no cliffhanger here, as it’s the series ending, and you definitely get an HEA. Actually, you get two!

This book, as with every book I’ve read by Cambria, has been absolutely fantastic. It was a cherry on top of the sundae that The Hashtag series has been. It’s full of sweet moments, things getting sorted, loose ends tied up. Then you get new things introduced, some twists, turns and crazy plot.. also a peek into what is happening in the spin-off series. Yes. I said spin-off series! If you have followed this series, you’re in for a treat. It’s like she went and added some of B’s brownies to the sundae and made it even better.

It took me ages to write this review. I didn’t want to write it, I’ll be flat out honest about that. I would sit and cry, every single time I thought about writing it. That sounds silly, I know. However, I love the characters in this series. They have become real to me and the book hangovers I’ve had due to them are epic. Cambria Hebert can write one heck of a story, a plot, and the characters feel real. You fall in love with them. You’ll pick things out of #Heart just as you would with the rest of the series and you may as well have them emblazoned upon a shirt. (I actually do have Hashtag shirts and hoodies!) Anyway, I felt that if I wrote this review, that the series would really be over. That I was closing it. So I fought it, and myself, and was stubborn. No one wants to lose things they love, and that is how I am with this series.

So.. gushing over now. I’d fully recommend this book. I’d tell you to go back to #Nerd and dive in. You won’t regret it and I can almost bet you’ll fall in love with the characters.

I don't even know where to begin with this book. I honestly, truly don't. It isn't every day that you find a series that impacts you and your life in such a way that you know you will be forever changed by it. The Hashtag series did that for me. It was the first (new) series in quite a long time that I found myself truly anxious and giddy about. When I would finish the current book, I would wait, rather impatiently, for the next to be released. These books are "drop everything and read" books for me. It never mattered what was going on in my life, if I had time to read or not, if I was already reading a book or had review books that I desperately needed to get to, none of that mattered. That may seem a little irresponsible of me but that's how good this series is. The short time between one book release and the next was way too long, especially when I couldn't help but read the books as soon as they were released.

#Heart was the one that I knew was going to get to me the most. I knew that it was going to be the most difficult to read and let go of because it was the end to a truly great series. I was tempted to put off reading it just suspend the ending. But I knew that I couldn't do that. I couldn't wait. I had to know the details behind the happily-ever-afters of the fairytales known as Romeo, Rimmel, Braeden and Ivy.

The major plot point of this book is a given considering the blurbs for it but there was so much more to #Heart that I didn't see coming. Cambria was not finished surprising us with this family and I am definitely impressed.

Just like all the ones before it, #Heart is full of raw emotion, action and heat. There are twists and turns that keep you on your feet and you never really know what's going to happen next. I absolutely loved that about this series. It kept us guessing in all the best ways.

This being the last book, it definitely made the entire series shine a bit brighter and brought us even closer to the characters that we've grown to love and care about. I'm really excited that Cambria will be releasing #Holiday, the companion novella to the series, this December because it will make the hurt of letting the Hashtag Series go just a little easier to bare (not). :)

Rating: 5 Stars, easily.

Second read, first time audio January 2019

My first two sentences in my original review are so perfect to sum up how I feel about this series. I am so happy that I reread this series because there was so much that I forgot about! Like HOW did I forget some of the things that happened in this book! Even throughout the whole series!

In this book you have the POV of all four MCs; Rimmel, Romeo, Braeden, and Ivy. You still have a constant presence of Drew and Trent as well, since these six make up a wonderful family. You have a new 'bad guy' in this book. A new person who is trying to rip the family apart. And it's someone you wouldn't ever expect to be it. But at the same time when it's revealed you're going to be like ohhhhh, that makes sense.

The things that the family goes through in this book just shows you how much they care for and love one another. It makes you really appreciate the family you have in your own life or it will make you long for a family like theirs if you don't have close family. You won't be able to help but absolutely love every single MC in this book.

I'm super bummed that I only have one book left in the series and then I have to let these characters go again until I decide to pick this up again. But I'm slightly remembering what happens in the final book and I can't wait to dive right in! :D

I can't stress enough how much I LOVE this series! Everything is so beautifully written.

I absolutely love all of the characters. There is always so much happening that I am always wondering what in the world could possibly happen next or in the next book. But it's never overwhelming.

I am moving on to #Bae (because as much as I love Drew and Trent I do not want to read their spin off books.) and I am so not looking forward to the end of this series! Waaaaah! D:

4.5 stars. #Heart is the concluding novel of the #Hashtag series and family is the central theme. I feel like these characters are my own family after 6 books. The POVs alternate between Rome, Rimmel, Ivy and Braeden and the story picks up right after #Poser. After everything these characters have been through on their journey, it would seem that they are in the clear and free of any more threats or danger, but that's not the case. Rome and Braeden are always going to be the protective alphas over their girlfriends. While the future is bright ahead of them, there's still parts of the past that lingers and haunts them all, getting in the way of their goals and freedom. As much as I enjoy Rome, Rimmel, Ivy and Braeden, it's impossible not to get attached to Trent and Drew, too. #Heart comes full circle with all of the events that occur throughout the full series with a grand finale that lays everything down to rest for good, paving the way for what these Alpha U grads deserved all along, their HEA.

Nice conclusion and nice closure to the lives of Romeo and Rimmel, Braeden and Ivy that we followed through out the whole series #Nerd (Hashtag, #1) by Cambria Hebert#Hater (Hashtag, #2) by Cambria Hebert#Player (Hashtag, #3) by Cambria Hebert#Selfie (Hashtag, #4) by Cambria Hebert#Poser (Hashtag, #5) by Cambria Hebert#Heart (Hashtag, #6) by Cambria Hebert

and to delay it more would be a sin...

they had their HEA, after drama and a little bit of angst...so, YAAAY!!!

This was everything I could hope for in a series conclusion ... a little tension, conflict, romance, bromance, a wedding, pregnancy and a proposal (yes in that order!), career decisions, murder accusations, and a little bundle of joy.

After six books, I still like — make that love — these characters! The guys are alpha males who are fiercely protective of their girls, who are equally mama bears when it comes to defending their men. It’s fun to be the fly on the wall witnessing their teasing, squabbles and makeup sessions.

Mostly it’s a thrill ride to see what next the author can throw at the characters and what they do for each other to rise above.

Happily, looks like there are two more extended stories on Rimmel/Romeo and Ivy/Braeden as well as a whole new series to look forward to reading.

I am going to have to keep this short due to the fact that I could gush about this series forever. I LOVED THE CONCLUSION to this series. Of course Romeo and Rimmel are my favorites but I love me some Braeden and Ivy too. This book wrapped up everything from the previous books and gave each couple a HEA!!! I just adored the true wedding of Romeo and Rimmel, and Romeo's love shines even brighter (if possible) in this book. The sense of family in this book was so rich, and even at times when things were a little over the top, I could not put this book down. So sweet.

This is one of my favorite NA series that I have put on my re-read shelf. I see that Drew and Trent are going to be getting a series of their own and I can't wait for that to come out.
