Are you familiar with Breakwater Harbor Books? It is a group effort by several Independent authors from around the world to publish their work for readers to enjoy! From Science Fiction to Fantasy, theses authors have come together to bring you a taste of what they can do.

Each author is talented, dedicated and has put a piece of themselves into each word they write, giving us an introduction to their complete novels by writing an original piece relating to their characters and stories. These are not cliff hangers that force you to read their complete novels, but rather a sample of what you will find, kind of like scooping the frosting off a cake, before you can have your own piece.

From Ivan Amberlake to Scott J. Toney, each piece is fresh, unique and riveting! Do you like things on the dark side? It’s here! How about some magic? Poof! You’ve got it! Ever wondered what would happen if your mind was taken and placed into your clone? For that matter WHY do that? Is revenge best served cold or at the end of a Smith & Wesson?

I haven't read all of the stories yet, but the ones I've read are fantastic! I especially enjoyed the stories by Ted Cross, Scott Toney, Simon Paul Wilson, Dee Harrison, and Mindy Haig. Am reading Dyane Forde's short story now and am liking it.

This is a collection of stories from various authors and hard to rate. Some stories for me were a 3, some a 4 and others a definite 5. I think this is a good way for authors to give readers a teaser preview of their works and hopefully readers will find the author that touches them in this collection and seek out their works. I would say this book crosses supernatural, science fiction and suspense in some interesting ways and is definitely worth grabbing and delving into

I have had the opportunity to read 7 of the stories in this anthology as we prepare for the release. There is definitely something for everyone, a wide variety of genres. There is also a great mix of styles. I look forward to reading the remaining stories once the book is available!

It was difficult not to give this a four star simply because it showcases so many different styles and stories. Melissa Haig's effort made tears come to my eyes because I too want to believe in magic, unexplained but a bringer of love. Really worth the effort.
