About the author

Ed Brubaker (born November 17, 1966) is an Eisner Award-winning American cartoonist and writer. He was born at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland.

Brubaker is best known for his work as a comic book writer on such titles as Batman, Daredevil, Captain America, Iron Fist, Catwoman, Gotham Central and Uncanny X-Men. In more recent years, he has focused solely on creator-owned titles for Image Comics, such as Fatale, Criminal, Velvet and Kill or Be Killed.

In 2016, Brubaker ventured into television, joining the writing staff of the HBO series Westworld.

It's really funny how all these four issues I have been waiting for the reveal of the name of the 3rd Summers brother.
When I knew it all along because I read a few volumes of the Krakoan era X-men 😂
Vulcan.
I also did know that all this story was about the third brother too, I didn't want to spoil that.
I didn't read the extra story yet, but I'll get to it right away if I don't get distracted by the game.
All the side stories turned out to be for characters that we were going to use in the main story.
The main story just jumped a few levels of excitement and intrigue by what happened in this 4th issue.
Which makes X-men Deadly Genesis one of the few X-men related Limited series that is must read.
Just finished the side story and the overall rating was elevated to 5 stars.
This is super interesting.
I am not exactly sure of what's happening though.
Are these the Shi'ar who had Vulcan as their slave? Was he actually a slave? Or does he just remember his situation wrongly?!
He didn't seem like he was doing unreasonable jobs for them or anything, it's more like an office boy!
How did he get to the Shi'ar though?
Did his father Corsair leave him there?
The story is open really anything could happen.
I'll read a little in my open novel and see if I get the itch to write, I didn't write anything in 2 weeks probably.

Se sigue revelando lo ocurrido en el pasado: Charles le pide a Moira que arriesgue la vida de sus jóvenes reclutas para salvar a los X-Men perdidos en la isla de Krakoa. Se forma el equipo: Dominio, Petra, Darwin y Kid Vulcano. Pero todavía quedan secretos ocultos por revelarse.
