Good but.....

Ok I have been reading this series forever now and I've enjoyed it very much but HELLO?! is it ever ending? I mean now Noah is exonerated, him and Charlotte are engaged, the professor in prison, and then BAM we got some strange Lilah chick (possible murder) latching on to Noah, the professor stalking Charlotte from prison, her trying to help girls from Force, and now some guy named John or you some call him "Dungeon Master 3"
When are we are we gonna get a conclusion and the books were coming weekly and now it's random, I've waited a month for this book
Hannah Ford you are incredibly talented, but it's hard for you readers to hold interest when it takes to long between release dates, not just this series but the "Obessed with him" and "Because he owns me" series as well
I would give much higher ratings if things weren't so drug out

How many more!

Okay read, I think Charlotte need to grow a backbone because in my opinion Noah abuses her, he have all these secret, he don't want her to see her Dr. so she can go back to school he just wants total control. In my opinion he doesn't respect Charlotte and she needs to tell him how she feels. Looks like everyone comes before her but he claims he loves her, she don't have a voice in that relationship and it's making me sick.

I'm done reading HANNAH Ford books. Spending $2.99 a book for maybe 40 pages of story, then the wait until the next book is released. So basically I've paid $90 so far in something I don't feel is worth it. Shame on me. Also, the book is full of typographical and grammar mistakes. I'm done.

What He Fights Book 17

Lilah is she crazy or what and did she murder Ryan.. also I think she likes Noah. These books leave you wanting more and more. It is getting harder to leave a review without spoilers. These books are good and the anticipation for each book grows as you finish one you need the next one. So much happens in this one on to the next.

This book had 39 pages to read and this cost me 2.99 this is very upsetting you added a obsession books but I have already read them so I feel as a reader I got cheated on this book the sixteenth book was the same if you are going to keep cheating your readers that love your books then please end this series. If there's nothing else to write about. This was very very upsetting

It's been two weeks since Charlotte's rescue and Noah's very near brush with death. He came very close to dying while trying to rescue Charlotte but a little thing like a near fatal knife wound could never slow down the powerful Noah Cutler. Surprisingly, he has finally proposed to the lovely Charlotte with a very large diamond in a very grand gesture right in the middle of Time Square. Oh my! And of course, Charlotte has accepted. When I read the blurb to this book I was intrigued and yeah it happened again I did not notice the page number – and please all fellow readers do me a favor – CHECK THE PAGENUMBERS – if you have the chance before you purchase a book.
I did not do that and imagine my surprise this is not a book – no if you ask me it is not even a novella or a short story – if I am being nice I might say it’s a chapter of a book.

What bugs me the most is that the plot is interesting – but could I recommend it ? Well I would have to give you a very separated opinion which makes it very hard to give a rating.
If you have kindle unlimited I would say GO for it – because it is good BUT the author keeps squeezing the last out of it and the more the “chapters” (so far its at NO 24) continue the more it feels like she is dragging it out- so I am not sure where we are going.

BUT if you are a normal reader buying book by book – I will say something I never said before …. Even though this book is good – STAY AWAY FROM buying it – sorry – but so far 24 “books” in – you would have paid more than 80 $ for around 1200 pages that would equal around 4 normal books … meaning you paid more than 20$ for one ebook …. And when was the last time you did that ? To support my opinion I opened the main kindle books page on amazon and searched randomly for the most expensive eBook there it was “The silent Corner” by Dean Koontz for 17$ and it has 466 pages (while I was calculating with 300) and I would never buy that kindle book because the hardcover of that book listed right beside it was CHEAPER than the eBook which is also something I can never understand as printing a physical book – with all side costs - should make a book more expensive than an electronical file. But that is an ongoing story for another time. But lets face the facts a random ebook of average page count costs less than 10 $ and in most cases even less than 5$.

The story is good yes but it is not THAT good that I could encourage a purchase with this pricing structure. Especially with no end in sight this feels like one of those collection / construction sets you can buy where you receive parts each week for a few bucks and you think “its not that much” but once you finish the collection (and you have no idea when that might be) you realize that you paid like 500$ for something that you needed to put together on your own while others bought the finished product for less than half …But naturally at first that “half” sounded like a lot and it seemed so much cheaper to spend only those tiny amounts ….

Even with as good as that story is I refuse to support this new system of chapter books that seems to be getting more and more popular by only reviewing this book based on its story. Everything about a book matters and the price is a big part of a book. So without “kindle unlimited” I can not recommend this book.

READER/BUYER BEWARE: At first, I liked that I could buy all 10 books for .99 and getting a good deal. WRONG!! There's OVER 22 Books! The others at $2.99. This author knows how to rip the customer off by offering short stories where the storyline never ends. These books offer bonus books that you find after a few short chapters, and those too offer short stories getting you to buy MORE BOOKS to find the conclusion. Each book is ridiculously short and there is no group deal of 11-22+. For the cost to read the beginning to end, you would think this author would employ her skills in editing her multiple books by spell checking. There are so many unanswered questions throughout the storyline. The characters give quick short answers & never follow up leaving you wondering. I did like the storyline, but after a few books in I couldn't help but feel I had already read this story. Then I realized that the storyline was almost identical to a book I read a few months ago, minus some alterations here & there. Other than that I did like the book(s), but I can't like the author who intentionally rips off the customer.

If you've gotten this far, I am sorry. So did I and there is still no conclusion. People are starting to pop up and they have no story as to why. And the professor is in jail but still contacting her. I am so over it. And I saw that the books just stop after the number 20. So before I get to invested I am stopping and so should you.

What is the connection between John and the missing women from Force? Is John a victim or suspect? Is there a connection between Lilah and John?

Too much

I have to agree with several other reviews. Hannah, you are a very good writer, with great plots, greats characters, but a series this long becomes tedious, one loses interest in and then gives up. I have downloaded #18, but if it doesn't end then I will not download anymore, nor will I chance reading any other books written by you because it is really frustrating to not be able to find out how it ends; that is if it ever does end. For those thinking of reading this series unless you don't mind getting caught up into a story that never ends, do not start reading this series.

I would probably have given this series at least a four had he have been four-six books but eighteen, no way.

I thought for sure when I finally got this book that I would finally get all of my answers for all of my questions. WRONG!! This book just added more damn questions. Noah is still doing the same ish from book 1 and Charlotte is just as silly by letting him still get away with it. Now she's going to tie herself further to the man when she knows him less than I do? She doesn't even trust in their relationship. Not completely.

I'm not sure I want to start book 18 until more books come out because I know there will be more. When will we get all of the answers and when will these two get their HEA?????

This is the 17th book in this journey

This author just keeps getting better and better with these two characters. There is nothing like an alpha male that thinks he knows what he is doing but at the same time has no clue. He thinks he is doing things right but when it comes down to it I am not so sure he does. Believing it is right is one thing but feeling it is right is another. This author brings the doubt, the sexual hotness and the jealousy out within both characters that your heart just goes out to them both.

Oh lovely, it isn't finished yet?! This story is definitely taking a few turns I wasn't expecting. I thought this was going to be the last one but I guess I should have known... who would end at Book 17? Definitely a good series and one I will be looking forward to finishing.

side note: The fact that Noah fucks Charlotte every time he has a feeling is starting to get a little annoying, it's hot but it also prevents us from getting the answers we want.

Getting frustrated

Although I have enjoyed to storyline, I am exceedingly annoyed at this "chapter =book" thing. It never ends! I'm waiting for the wrap up, a resolution to the character's issues, but now I have to buy another "book" or wait for the next one that's "coming soon." Enough already!

The answer is no Charlotte it is not normal to have to cover abrasions from sexual play. Noah is turning into more of an abuser than a Dom. Book ends at 41% leaving more of bonus story than actual story. I don't feel like we progressed much in this installment either. Just when something happens it ends.
