There was no story up to that point and I doubt much of one would develop.
You jump right into things and I felt like it needed more build up.
I just did not feel any connection between these two or for them. This being all in Dorian's POV probably didn't help that either - all he thought about was sex. I mean, I think about it A LOT but there was nothing else from him.
Hopefully this author's other books on my list will be better for me

Have you read anything by N. ISABELLE BLANCO? She writes extremely passionate romances that make you squirm wherever you are ;o) I've read parts 1 and 2 of the ALLURE series, and I can't wait for part 3!

My goodness, this novella starts hard. There is no pun, I promise. Well, there is, but not intended. It's just how things go with this story. I had been warned that it had too much nonsensical sex, but still I was curious and I was sucked into the vortex of wanting to read it anyway. You know how it is.
Well, I read both novellas, DESTRUCTIVELY ALLURING and ALLURE MAGNIFIED. Yes, there is too much sex. Yes, it's a bit overwhelming sometimes. Still, I LOVED them. Why? Because they're so entertaining. It's that kind of storytelling that makes you forget about facts and reality and that you're toiling in life. I read both novellas in a row, and wow, I forgot I was on planet Earth.
I liked the characters' names, so posh, Dorian and Demitra. He's thirty years old. She's eleven years younger and working for him as an intern as a favor to her dad. Sparks fly high and mighty. Torn between common sense and desire, they just can't help but fall into their need to be together.
My, my. This story is pure heat wrapped in deliciously hot words. The first novella is told entirely from the man's perspective. I've always found it both refreshing and sexy to see things, especially steamy encounters or love stories, through the eyes of "the other side". And this man is getting out of control with his attraction to the young lady. She's off limits, but nature has its own demands. This is plainly recognised by the primal need and animalistic obsession that ooze from the author's prose.
A tingling read that has to be immediately followed by the second novella. Go there now!

I read through the second novella in as much a crazy haste as the couple in there. This time, Demi and Dorian have to stay away from each other for a while, straining their self-control. When they can be together again, there are more challenges ahead. Demi's father is still oblivious to what her daughter is doing behind his back and someone from Dorian's past is about to threaten their precarious relationship. Also, Dorian has his doubts that Demi is really his forever.
Hottest of the hot, I assure you. It has to be read in a rush just to assuage the need to know and feel.
So while I was happily reading, I suddenly found myself with a "to be continued". What?!!! I was gripping the sides of m y e-reader so hard with frustration that I thought it'd crack. It hurt to stop reading there. Really hurt.
To wrap it up, I'll say this story is a long, hot, love dance. It's all about a frenzied battle of the bodies to reach mind-numbing ecstasy and the minds to exert dominance over a lover's need for the other. Perfect for those moments you just want to dive into the action without a care in the world. And the writing style is wild and basic. Like lust. So it's (un)safe to say it's a book to lust after.
Part 3!
And that teaser for part 3, oh my! That was so provocative. It's full of desperation, regret, and past mistakes that are going to put Demi and Dorian's love to the test. It is sooooo hot too ;o) I'm so eager to find out what happens. Please, let it be soon.

The Allure Series was a hot and steamy 5 star read.

What a scorching hot read. The sex scenes were intense.
Dorian has a hot new intern, Demitra Davis that he can’t stop thinking about.
Unfortunately, she is off limits because she is the daughter of one of his business partners and good friends.
The intensity of the attraction between these two is stifling.
They finally give into their attraction and the sex scenes are hot. You can feel the passion rolling off of them.
Demi’s POV takes over in book 2. She is keeping her affair with Dorian a secret from her dad and friends. Dorian keeps getting calls and texts that he is being mysterious about. Who is calling him?
We also get a sneak peek at book 3, this leaves you wanting to know if there is truly a happy ending for these two.
I wanted to ease her pain in the most primal way possible.
All I have to say is wow, this was a hot and intense read. N. Isabelle Blanco really draws you in with her writing. I loved Dorian and Demi and can’t wait to read more on these two.

OMG!! I LOVED this series from page one!! 5 Stars all the way!
I just cant put into words how much I enjoyed this series!
Dorian is a hot shot both in the boardroom and the bedroom! Agreeing to help his business partners daughter with a internship, little did he realize that she was going to be the ONE! The one he couldn't stop thinking about, wanting to touch and in his life. Demitra (Demi) was only 19 but she knew when she starting working for Dorian things were going to change. Through out book one we have Dorian's POV and all the feelings that he is facing. Trying to keep their relationship secret and still work with her dad. Oh and HOT, intense sex scenes! Book 2 takes us from Demi POV and how she is struggling with the new hot relationship and keeping it not only from her dad but her 2 best friends as well! Oh and more HOT intense sex scenes! This box set gave us a hint of book three, which I have already one clicked to buy!! I cant wait to pick up and see if Dorian and Demi get their HEA!!

Review for: Allure series ( Destructively Alluring - Book 1, Allure Magnified - Book 2 and Wrecked Allure Teaser - Book 3

I was given an ARC of the Allure Series by n. Isabelle Blanco for an honest review. While this is the very first book of Ms. Blanco that I have ever read, it will most definitely not be my last. I will be snapping up any and every book she writes going forward. OMFG, this book was so freaking good. I wasn't sure it would be as I said this is the first book of hers that I have read. Once I started I couldn't put my kindle down. I was up until 3 in the morning so I could finish and then she freaking left me hanging with book 3. When I started reading I had no idea it was a cliffhanger and I was on a roll and bam it just ends and now I have to wait for book 3, but you can bet I will be one clicking as soon as it is available. so enough about my cliffhanger issues...this is suppose to be a review for a fabulous book. Allure is freaking fabtastic and I can not say enough great things about it, the story just flows and you can't wait to get to the next page. I totally recommend this book. You should go and one click it right now. I usually don't recommend any book that is a cliffhanger, but this one is so worth the wait to find out what happens between Dorian and Demi. I can't wait to see how Demi's Dad reacts to the relationship and I can't wait to see what Dorian does to that little skank who is trying to mess everything up. So as I said go and get this book you will not regret it, I know I can't wait for more. Thanks for writing such a freaking fantastic book!!! I love Dorian and Demi and I want to slap Monica!!!!!! oh you have to go and buy the book to find out the details :) Happy Reading!

HOLY HELL BATMAN! I freakin LOVE LOVE LOVE this series! However, N. Isabelle Blanco is now on the list of authors trying to kill me! Congrats!
Dorian's hot new intern, Demi, is his partners beautiful daughter. He's 11 years older than her, but for some reason, he can't get her out of his head. They have a combustible spark, which finally explodes at an event. This first book is told in Dorian's POV. Book 2 is from Demi's POV. Demi and Dorian are now together as much as they physically can be for the last 4 months. She is keeping their "whatever" a secret because she's afraid how her father will take it. When Dorian is taking secret calls, and keeping secrets, Demi is starting to realize that she may be in deeper than he is. Will Dorian come clean with her? We get a sneak peak at Book 3 that has me all kinds of jacked up to find out how this all ends.
This box set is seriously SMOKIN! It starts out as fun and sexy, but then the author brilliantly starts weaving layers of suspense. The character development is fantastic, with fast paced, exciting, and well written story line that flows perfectly. N. Isabelle Blanco has a very talented writing style that is showcased well between the two books, and nothing about them is predictable. She hooked me from the beginning, and kept my heart racing cover to cover. The combustible chemistry EXPLODES into some seriously SCORCHIN' HOT panty melting goodness that you should NOT read in public. The way she left me hanging has me all kinds of jacked up, and the next book CANNOT come soon enough! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the first time reading anything by this author and I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I just couldn't put this book down, it just grabs you and holds you until the very end. This box series is hot and steamy , a real erotic romance, with hot alpha, and hot and sexy sex scenes. Dorian has a sexy new intern, that is a looker and his name is Demitra Davis but Dorian can't stop watching him or thinking about him As the tie goes by the chemistry between these two grow like a bush fire that can't be controlled and it just keeps getting hotter and hotter . And then it explores when they finely come together ,so watch out for the sparks. This is book in this series super excellent and it sets up the whole story so well,but the second gives us some drama and suspense, but I was waiting to see what's going on with Dorian and making her so on edge .But when Demi is thinking whats wrong or what's happening with her. I could go on and tell you more about this excellent story or what happens next ,but that would spoil the whole series for you . I highly recommend you read this amazing story ,you won't be disappointed.

OMG, buy it...buy it now...I as hooked from the first page of the first book. When I had to put it down to go to work I was SO upset. I was seriously late...there wasn't a great spot to stop...I needed to keep reading. It's been sexy and juicy and so NEEDFUL...It's like Dorian NEEDS Demi...it's like a wildfire...and it's HOT. The chemistry between Dorian and Demi, it's like fireworks, it simply explodes when they're together. The first book is super short, just a couple chapters really, and it sets up this super sexified story so well...then in book 2 you get more story...drama...a bit of suspense...waiting..waiting to find out what has Dorian so on edge...what Demi is thinking...So well written and so wonderfully sexy. I simply can NOT wait for Wrecked Allure. We're left on a cliffy...and Dorian has just said those three little words...EEEEK, what's gonna happen next????
