SKIP IT
I'm not sure if this was the first book for this author, but the premise was good, just the delivery, not so much. It felt like a stiff read, until the epilogue. The epilogue flowed from the hero's POV. There were a ton of errors throughout the book. I'm not sure that I would recommend this book to anyone. I constantly wanted to skip ahead or quit reading altogether, but I pushed through.

A self indulgent shopaholic cohabits with a mulish virginal workaholic

Amelia Boyd and Jimmy Fox fail as a couple that one could come to care about, they were too selfish with agendas that were polar opposites-he wanted peace and quiet and country and his work while she wanted the big city, bright lights and to party hard and to blindly spend money. Even after they got married with child, I was left wondering if they loved each other or were they being responsible. It 's not enough to buy into Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, vampires and were-beings, middle earth, space and time travel; now, this story requires us to buy into a 21st century jet setting, billionaire male virgin. Please !

Gee Whiz!!
Where can I start. I have so many mixed emotions. The book was so boring in the beginning. Not much to it. I stopped reading it when the heroine started giving us a book review of a book she was reading. After such a boring start, she jumped right to the sex scenes. They were hot but unbelievable. To be a virgin, he certainly became adept quickly. The whole issue about her dad paying him to marry her was never solved. Then, right in the middle of the book, he gives this highly technical explanation of his business. The sex was hot. The book was not.

GOOD BUT NOT
She finally grew up but listening to him made it seem like he had a lot of lies to explain. So, was the dad spying on her to know where she was or did Jimmy actually care. A lot was left out of this story. Like how did deal between her father and Jimmy come about. 3.25 maybe a rewrite.

I didn't care for the ending, otherwise it was an ok read
As I stated I didn't care for the way it ended. It was an ok storyline. It was enjoyable but not a page turner

Amelia's father wants her to be married and settled before he dies. He has picked out the man but Amelia does not want marriage or the man. She will meet the man but will tell her dad it did not work out. Her heart and body tell her a different story.
I liked Amelia. At first I was not sure if I would. She was spoiled but as she lets herself warm up to Jimmy she became more likable and approachable. I liked his method of dealing with her. Jimmy had secrets. Watching Amelia deal with them was hard at times. I wanted to smack Jimmy upside of his head. They were a very good match for each other.
At times there could have been more fleshing out of the story. I felt details were missing or the scene was cut short when it should have been expanded especially the end of Amelia's section. I would have liked to have seen more communication between them as well as the reasoning on some of their decisions. I would also have liked to see Amelia grow up more and worked through their problems instead of running away from them. She did scare Jimmy a lot by running away.
While the majority of the story is told from Amelia's point of view, I liked that Jimmy's point of view is given at the end. It seems as though they had made great strides in their communications with one another. Their life together seems to be good for them.
I look forward to reading more of Ms. Zaftig.

I really enjoyed this fun, sexy story! Amelia is such a spoiled young woman and when she ends up in the middle of nowhere in an old farm house without all the luxuries she is used to things get interesting. I liked how she handles these changes and how she interacts with sexy Jimmy. He's this big, strong, farm boy that shows her the simpler things in life. They have this strong connection that draws you further in to their lives. A great journey and a must read!

A new twist in romance has come around. A nice sweet refreshing story of how two people who are so different come together and can make a life together after a little oopsy.
Amelia is sent to a farmhand house to meet a guy named Jimmy. Who may be here future husband. Jimmy loves Amelia even if she doesn't see it, but he is the type of guy who puts out and quit it. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review. I really liked the book. I didn't like their relationship being built off of lies, but the book was wonderful. Wow, Jimmy was a fast learner, going from virgin to sex god in just minutes. You have a rich, spoiled, city girl, Amelia, that meets farmer, Jimmy, who is really a rich businessman. Between the two of them there is lots of sexual chemistry!! Very good book, Alyse Zaftig.

The story begins with Amelia complaining about having to go to Wisconsin to meet a man her father selected to run his company and marry his daughter. After reading the first few lines, I had to remind myself that the title is Fresh and she will go through a change. Did enjoy it

Amelia is your typical spoiled little rich girl and Jimmy is about to teach her a lesson. Truly enjoyable story that I couldn't put down.
