I don't remember a ton about it, but do remember finding it fascinating and incredibly engaging.

Mr Derrick looks at four effects of the Rule of St Benedict: peace with the natural world, peace with one's fellow man, peace with oneself, and peace with God. It will be well worth a second reading.
