Very basic, but great to have the illustrations. I've tried most of the exercises in this book and they're easy enough to accomplish. This is a handy guide, but very simple. A great starting point, but if you need/want more it's a good idea to consult a personal trainer.

Great illustration of muscles groups and how to engage those muscle with a specific group of exercise movements. Easy to understand and easy to follow.

Text book that shows the muscles used by a range of exercises and provides a brief tutorial on how to do those exercises.

Improved my understanding of my workouts and various aches and pains :), and will help in my quest to strengthen ALL my muscles.

I will try some of the exercises too.

Helpful for reminding myself of form and what muscles are activated in exercises. Great guide for personal trainers and those who are weight training.

Great book for my uni course to understand muscles as there's being worked although think it could go more into depth with muscles contractions etc...
