About the author

Vicki Shultz is an expert when it comes to managing people. Her innate ability to analyze workforce commitment and engagement level sets her apart in the field. Aside from her inherent talent, she is also a published author and a frequent lecturer on trial practices, ethics, business entities, and many other topics. Moreover, she is the former President of one of the nation’s largest paralegal associations. And she is also the recipient of the National Association of Legal Assistants Advance Paralegal Certification in Trial Practice certificate.

Now, Vicki and her husband live in the suburbs of Houston, Texas. They have four children, two granddaughters, and one grandson. She is also a world traveler; she enjoys knowledge exchange with her counterparts in other parts of the world.
