I was a bit off-put at the beginning, because I saw this maybe as just a quick platitude plunge for the author to say a whole lot of nothing for 40 pages, and sell it for 9.99 to suckers.. but it got better as I continued.

The Burns’ could use an editor, as there is a typo in the introduction setting, and the book feels generally lacking production-value (font is very small, no page numbers, no heading, strange spacing, etc), but the information within is good. Each section contains a quote, main point, elaboration, and actionable exercise.

As a guide for newcomers, or a good reminder for the i initiated. I appreciated some of the points within and the exercises offered.

A good quick read. Covers the emotional and Psychological churn in a traders mind, while trading.

Highly recommended as its covers volumes of knowledge in few pages.
