IN FLIRTING WITH LOVE... Elisabeth Nash has spent years dreaming of returning to the small town of Trusty, Colorado, where she spent summers with her favorite aunt. When she inherits her aunt's farmette, she closes her Los Angeles pet bakery and pampering business, sure that life in Trusty will be as peaceful and as welcoming as she remembers. But being an outsider in the close-knit town proves to be very different from the happy summers she remembers from her childhood--and falling for Trusty's hot, wealthy, and sinfully irresistible veterinarian, Ross Braden, sends the rumor mill into a frenzy.
Ross Braden learned long ago that gossip spreads faster than weeds in his small hometown, and Ross loves nothing more than his privacy. For that reason, he doesn't date women who live in Trusty. But that was before blond, beautiful, and refreshingly honest Elisabeth Nash flew into his vet clinic seeking help for her panicked piglet and turned his comfortable life--and his heart--inside out.
Despite rumors about Elisabeth's motives toward her aunt's property, passion brews between Elisabeth and Ross. Every steamy kiss and every sensual touch brings the pair closer together, and when Ross helps Elisabeth try to fit into the town he adores, it makes their bond even stronger. But even Elisabeth's efforts toward reaching the community, and the love she and Ross so desperately believe in, might not be enough for the protective small town to offer them a future.

This was a nice romance without any unnecessary drama. Elisabeth and Ross were great characters and I thought that they worked well together. I loved the chemistry between the pair and couldn’t wait to see them find their happily ever after together. This book reads perfectly well as a stand-alone but I did appreciate checking in with some of the characters from earlier books.
Elisabeth is new in town. She just inherited her aunt’s farm and wants to make Trusty her new home since she always loved it as a child. It did seem a little odd to me that the town wasn’t more welcoming to Elisabeth but she ended up fitting in quite nicely in the end. Her love of animals makes her the perfect match for the town veterinarian.
I listened to the audiobook and B.J. Harrison did a great job with this story. I think that he does a great job with all of the male and female voices and is able to add just the right amount of emotion to his reading. He has such a pleasant voice that I ended up listening to the book in a single day.
I would recommend this book to fans of contemporary romance. I found this to be a touching romance featuring characters that were easy to love. I cannot wait to read more of this author’s work.
I received a digital review copy of this audiobook from the author/publicist.
I absolutely love the town of Trusty and these books set there. This is definitely my new favorite book by this author.
Ross Braden is a veterinarian who cares about his patients and his town. He is not looking for a love interest especially one in Trusty where the town gossip and rumor mill will take even the slightest tidbit and turn it into a meal!!
Elisabeth Nash has always dreamed of making her home in Trusty ever since spending summers with her aunt there. When she inherits her aunts small farmette, she uproots her LA life and decides to see if she can make a go of it.
Melissa Foster sure can write a small town romance with all the heart, sweetness and small town feel that I expect plus delivering with plenty of sexy heat! The narration is awesome. I love listening to this series on audiobook!! -4.5 Stars!-
Foster and Harrison are a welcoming match to the romantic in my soul. She writes from the heart and he speaks to it. Flirting with Love is like a warm hug. You never realize how much in need of it you are, until someone shows you what you've been missing. Elizabeth and Ross take their time tumbling into the complicated, but it's the subtle build up that makes this couple all the more intriguing. Harrison exposes his heart within the stories he narrates and that talent makes for a deeper connection between the reader and characters.

Talk about looks being deceiving! I fully expected Flirting with Love to be a romance with a heat rating of 0 (or 1 if I was lucky) based on the first chapter or so. Who knew that Ross and Elisabeth would have such hot chemistry? Or that this small town romance would have me doing my “I Wanna Read The Previous Books in the Series” dance (Think the pee pee dance but without the pee pee part)?
Elisabeth Nash has inherited her late aunt’s farm in Trusty, Colorado, the one place where, as a child, she felt like she belonged. But when she moves into her aunt’s home for good she notices the locals are less than friendly with her. Determined to keep her aunt’s farm from falling apart and making a life in Trusty, Elisabeth takes on the task of caring for the animals on the property, including rushing one panicky piglet to the local veterinarian where she gets more than she bargains for.
Ross Braden is comfortable with his lifestyle; he has a successful veterinary practice in his hometown and manages to keep off the local gossip radar by following one very important rule: Never date women who live in Trusty. That rule goes flying out the window when he meets Elisabeth. He doesn’t want to give people a reason to talk but he can’t help wanting to get to know Elisabeth. Ross finds that he does want her to fit into his hometown and does his best to help her which in turn makes Elisabeth fall a little harder for him.
Wow, looking back on the titles in this series, I realized I had A LOT of catching up to do and I hope I get a chance to read the previous books. As the 10th book in the Bradens series, I didn’t expect to fall so in love with Ross Braden or his family and friends. It’s incredible that author Melissa Foster has written so many books in one connecting series and that it’s taken me this long to catch on.
First things first: A hero who loves animals will always be a winner in my book. It is part of what makes up my fantasy man and for Ross to be a veterinarian as well as spending time working with service dogs? That gave him some major points in my book. Ross also had this calm but “in charge” personality which was perfect given his profession and the fact that he works with service dogs. As much as I love a rough and tumble, in your face alpha male who is all about actions, I can also appreciate someone like Ross who has a more mellow personality. He was so well written that I could believe a man like him exists somewhere in the world. He’s considerate and was not afraid to show that he has emotions. He has fears, worries and dreams just like Elisabeth does and that made me fall for him even more. As much as I like a stoic hero, I also have a soft spot for a hero who lets himself feel, even if he doesn’t tell everyone what he’s feeling.
Not everyone would understand why a woman like Elisabeth would leave L.A. for a small town in Colorado but I did. I completely empathized with her on why she just had to leave. It was more than her not being able to fit in in L.A., it was feeling like she was missing out on something that was more important than vanity, tan lines and celebrity gossip. I know I would have done the same thing in her shoes. On that level I connected with her and appreciated her and of course, she’s an animal person herself so I couldn’t help but like her. But I definitely bonded with Elisabeth from the minute she declared that scruff on a man upped a man’s sexy quotient by a zillion. I want to hang out with her! She and Ross were almost perfect for each other that I was surprised that it took not only them but the whole town to see that.
Flirting with Love left out high levels of drama and angst in favor of emotional development between Ross and Elisabeth. As a couple they started off strong and only got stronger from there. I enjoyed watching them get to know each other and grow closer all while trying to deny that they were falling in love fast. I loved the balance of sweet and tender and of course hot and sexy moments with Ross and Elisabeth, they gave the whole romance a more realistic, not to mention interesting feel.
As with most small town romances there is a high level of nosy neighbors and gossiping friends but author Melissa Foster took care to make them, for the most part, likable. That’s always a problem for me with these small town romances, I can’t stand over the top meddling and gossiping but the inhabitants of Trusty, Colorado didn’t aggravate me or turn me off of the story.
Final Verdict: Flirting with Love may have been the first book I read by Melissa Foster but it won't be my last!
I’ve become highly addicted to this narrator. His voice is just so smooth and rich. I get caught up in it every time. One thing I love to do is slow the speed when the characters are engaged in a deep emotional scene. This adds so much more depth to what’s happening.
This story was such a great listen! It was low angst with plenty of friend and family connections along with an amazing romance that was slowly building between Elisabeth and Ross. Both of these characters were developed to the point that I felt like I knew them. I loved that animals were both their way of life and the addition of their furry friends added to my enjoyment.
This world has definitely become a favorite and after this book, I’m especially excited to find out what happens next.
Love these Bradens! Ross Braden is the local vet; he's got a steady temperament and a big heart for animals. He believes in true love but hasn't really been looking for it.
Wasn't a huge fan of the major conflict in the story. It kinda dragged. But it was a very low-angst story, so it worked.
As a child, some of Elisabeth’s best memories were spent on her aunt’s farm in Trusty. Although she grew up in the fast paced, hustle and bustle life of LA, she knew that her heart was never far from Trusty.
When Elisabeth’s aunt passes and leaves the farm to her, she doesn’t hesitate to close up her pet pampering business in California and move. What she didn’t expect was the cold welcome she received from just about everyone in Trusty. What happened to the small town closeness that she remembered as a child? But the locals feared that she was just there to sell her aunt’s farm and move back to LA.
It soon becomes apparent to Elisabeth that life on a farm was more work that she realized. When one of her piglets acts up, she rushes to the local veterinarian’s office for assistance. She was greeted by tall, handsome and irresistibly sexy, resident doctor Ross Braden. He not only took care of the problem at hand, he also warmed Elisabeth’s heart and reaffirmed all of the reasons why she loved Trusty.
Ross and Elisabeth soon become inseparable, which only sparked the Trusty rumor mill. But Ross knew that there was something special about her. Special enough that he broke his own rule of not dating women from his town. But when someone from Elisabeth’s past shows up in Trusty, it threatens to break apart the bond that Ross and Elisabeth have formed, and it doesn’t take long before rumors of Elisabeth’s intentions with the farm resurface.
There’s just something about small towns that draw you in. From the close-knit bonds to the local businesses, you just can’t go wrong! That is, as long as you’re not an “outsider” trying to fit in. I felt for Elisabeth who, although she had good intentions, had a hard time getting the locals to warm up to her. If you like small town charm and tall, dark and dreamy men then this is the book for you!

Ross Braden is the epitome of hot. He love animals, like really loves them. He's the town vet and he treats every one of his patients with the love and care any pet owner would. I love how he got involved in the Denton project. it seems like it really worthwhile and helpful project.
Elisabeth is a sweetheart. she's moved to Trusty to follow her dreams. Ever since she was a little girl she's wanted to live there and for some reason has been holding off moving back. But fate has her moving in at just the right time.
I would LOVE to eat all of Elisabeth's pies. They sound so yummy and all the pet grooming she was doing really made me miss my parent's dogs.
As always Melissa has done a great job with weaving these characters into my heart. I was right there with them when they were upset about Gracie and when Elisabeth had such fun with the girls. I can't wait to read the last two Braden stories.
Whenever I have the opportunity to read anything that has Melissa Foster on the cover, I jump for it as they are always great books. Flirting with Love was no different as Foster has a way with words and men ... especially the Braden men. Foster has the magic touch to write a story that will capture your heart, soul and mind and make you want to continue reading into all hours of the night.
Foster writes such strong female and male lead characters that have this amazing chemistry that is not only touching but very steamy and sexy. She doesn't disappoint with her last novel, Flirting With Love as both Elizabeth and Ross are exactly that. The chemistry between the two of them is imminent the very first time they meet and doesn't let up. The sexual chemistry between the two is undeniable and you are just waiting for them to move forward in their relationship.
If you have read previous books of Foster and enjoyed them, you will not be disappointed with her newest novel Flirting With Love. This is a definite must add to your To-Be-Read-Shelf as Foster is one of the most prominent Romance writers of this time.
Meet Ross Braden, second oldest brother in a hot loving family. He's a vet in Trusty, Colorado, where all most women want is to rope in any eligible man. He doesn't date women from town, it's a rule he's about to break when his surgery it turned upside down by a squealing piglet that escapes from the clutches of Elisabeth Nash.
Just one look and the electricity is sparking between them. Elisabeth isn't looking for love, she's just taken over her Aunts farm and pie business. Moving from Los Angeles she'd also like to build a new home for her pet massage and pampering services. However, grooming ranch dogs is low down on most people's list of wants.
Ross can't help being drawn in by Elisabeth's kind and animal caring nature, but the townsfolk are less sure of her intentions. Is it really only the dogs and Ross that see her for what she really is?
This is hot sexy romance, plus adorable dogs to help melt your heart and make you fall for yet another Braden brother.
Melissa Foster books never fail to provide a fantastic story. In Melissa's books, she always has a strong male and female main character and they do get quite steamy in parts of this book. The plot is great and I love the fact that Elizabeth has to take over her aunt's farm and the fact that the local veterinarian is a bit of a dish. I am a animal lover, so this book I found was really heart warming. If you have read Melissa Foster's books before, you certainly will love this book, if you haven't what have you been doing. Brilliant stuff!!
Flirting with Love (Love in Bloom Book #19) by Melissa Foster. The Love in Bloom series proved to be a heartwarming journey through love, family, and personal growth. Spanning multiple interconnected series/stories, it offers a wonderful blend of romance, humor, and emotional depth that kept me reading the whole way through. Ms. Foster crafted fully developed, relatable, and multidimensional characters who added an extra element of emotion and interest to my overall reading experience. The heroes are fiercely loyal and endearing, while the heroines are smart, empowered, and refreshingly ‘real’. Each character feels like someone you could know in real life, making their struggles and triumphs, high and lows, all the more impactful. The stories have a perfect balance of steamy romance mixed with heartfelt moments. But that doesn’t mean that Ms. Foster shies away from exploring deeper themes like forgiveness, self-discovery, and the complexities of relationships – adding dynamic layers to the storyline/s. But, despite the emotional depth, the series still maintains more of a lighthearted charm, sprinkled with humor and tender family connections. While each novel can be read as a standalone, there is an interconnectedness with the recurring characters and overlapping storylines - which help create a sense of community that feels warm and inviting. It’s like being welcomed into a big, loving family where everyone has a worthwhile story to tell. ‘Within the Love in Bloom big-family romance collection you'll find fiercely loyal heroes and smart, empowered women on their search for true love. They're flawed, funny, and easy to relate to. Characters from each series appear in future Love in Bloom books…’ If you are a fan of contemporary romance or simply looking for a feel-good series to escape into, this series is a worthwhile binge read… Love in Bloom is made up of the following series: - Snow Sisters - The Bradens (Weston, CO) - The Remingtons - The Bradens (Trusty, CO) - The Bradens Novellas Collection - The Bradens (Peaceful Harbor, MD) - Seaside Summers - Bayside Summers - The Ryders - The Steeles at Silver Island - The Silvers at Silver Island - Wild Boys After Dark - Bad Boys After Dark - The Whiskeys: Dark Knights at Peaceful Harbor - The Bradens & Montgomerys, Pleasant Hill – Oak Falls - The Bradens at Ridgeport - The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside - The Whiskeys: Dark Knights at Redemption Ranch - Romantic Comedy Series Collection - Sugar Lake - Harmony Pointe - Harborside Nights - Nice Girls After Dark - The Steeles - The Stones - Blazing Summer - The Brays
This is the fourth book in the Bradens at Trusty series and it is a worthy compliment to the first three books which I completely enjoyed. Ross Braden is the Trusty town veterinarian. Ross is a little more reserved and introspective than his 3 brothers but of course, tall, dark and handsome with broad shoulders, bulging biceps and rock hard abs like every romance novel hero worth his salt is. Ross isn't the confirmed bachelor his brothers are or were but he's not out looking for Mrs Right either. Enter Elisabeth who turns first his office and then his life upside down.I absolutely loved the heroine in this story Elisabeth a California transplant to Trusty who has dreamed of living there her entire life after spending several summers with her now deceased Aunt Cora there as a young girl. Elisabeth is a true animal lover who ran a pet pampering service in L.A. but knows nothing about animal husbandry when it comes to pigs, cows and goats left to her with her Aunt's farm and pie baking business. Good thing for her hunky Ross is her neighbor. The good folks of Trusty think Liss with her California girl good looks is just looking to flip her aunt's property and get out of town ASAP so to say they are slow to warm to her would be an understatement. After reading the other 3 Trusty books I'm sort of on the fence about the goodness of the folks of Trusty as their penchant for gossip and willingness to believe the worst of people until proven otherwise is less than endearing to me as much as Ms. Foster tries to soft pedal it. I can fully appreciate Ross's frustration with the town's gossip line. At any rate Elisabeth is determined to set down roots in Trusty and once she and Ross start a relationship that determination is fortified and Ross and his family are just as determined to help her earn the town's acceptance. Even Cousin Rex and his fiancée Jade (from perhaps my favorite Bradens of Weston series book) lend a hand. I liked this book so much the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I really didn't understand Elisabeth's visceral, highly emotional reaction to someone from her past showing up in Trusty. Maybe its a guy thing but my wife didn't either. Despite that, this is another great addition to the Love in Bloom series of which I've now read more of than I can count. I'm truly looking forward to the next book which is sister Emily's story. She's been such a great secondary character in the previous books helping her brothers while longing for a true love of her own that I can't wait to read about her finding her own happily ever after.
Flirting with Love Love in Bloom: The Bradens, Book Ten By: Melissa Foster Narrated by: B.J. Harrison
Small town romances are the best, and Trusty Colorado is a town I love to visit. The vet in town is Ross Braden, and the most eligible bachelor. But he has no intentions of settling down. He is busy with his work. When Elisabeth moves in, taking over her late aunt's bakery and starting her pet grooming business, he has to stop in to help her out. The cow is out! And the feelings begin. I love this slow burn of a story. These two are magic together as Elisabeth tries to meld herself into the small town community. People are not very accepting at first, and life is a little tough, but perseverance pays off. Ross is sweet and supportive. But these two also have their ups and downs. Like all relationships, things don't always go smoothly. Will they find their mutual love of animals overflowing into their own hearts? Visit Trusty to find out!
BJ Harrison continues his narration of the series and gives us a wonderful performance. His voice are the Bradens, and I can't imagine anyone else bringing them to life. I loved his interpretation of Ross, as he falls for Lissa. He is conflicted and romantic, and I love it! And he quickly switches to the positive vibes of Elisabeth, always finding something to be happy about and being confident in herself. It's a great performance and a wonderful addition to the series.
I received an audble edition in exchange for an honest review
I love Melissa Foster's writing and I adore the Braden clan, whether reading the Weston Bradens or the Trusty Bradens!
Ross Braden is Trusty's vet and a man who avoids dating local women because of the gossip mill. He's handsome, smart, compassionate, sexy to the nth degree and you can't help but fall for him.
Enter Elisabeth Nash who inherits her Aunt Cora's farmette. Elisabeth used to spend time with her Aunt and always dreamed of living in Trusty, wanting nothing more than to be a small town girl.
Trusty folks are typical small town and don't trust outsiders. Elisabeth struggles to be accepted and make a go of her Aunt's pie making business and her pet spa business.
Ross realizes quickly that Elisabeth is the real deal and their chemistry is off the charts. He wants nothing more than to help convince the townsfolk that Elisabeth belongs there, with him.
BJ Harrison gets better and better with every book I listen to. His tone, inflection and the way he changes his voice enable you to know which characters are speaking. His accents lend to the overall appeal.
If you haven't read or listened to any of Melissa Foster's books, then you're in for a special treat. Warning: You won't be able to stop with one!
Oh, Melissa Foster, you just keep writing more and more stories about my book crushes. I love Ross Braden. He is a dream come true. The Braden men all have amazing manners and a romantic heart. If only there were more real men like them (SIGH).
Elisabeth knows what her dreams are and know that she has to follow them. I cannot imagine moving to a small town where the only person that you really knew has passed away. That is exactly what Elisabeth does. She also knows she wants a real relationship, not the fluffy mean nothing relationships that her mother thinks she has had in the past. Her character was so relatable and lovable that I could not hope that she would get accepted into the town of Trusty and fall in love, like her dreams.
With each story the reader gets to visit her favorite characters and see how their lives are shaping up, while being introduced to new and fun characters. I love seeing where my last book crush has ended up and meeting my new book crush in each book. Of course, I recommend this entire series to any romance reader looking for a fun new series to read.
Loved Ross and Elisabeth's story. It was so sweet to see the love bloom between these two. They have an instant attraction, the same love towards animals, and the same devotion to family. Even if Elisabeth's mom is a bit more frivolous and materialistic.
Elisabeth has always loved spending her summers in Trusty with her aunt Cora. Sadly her aunt passed away and left everything to Elisabeth. Elisabeth closes down her business in LA and moves up to Trusty to take over her aunt's pie business and to find her calling with animals. She never thought she would find her soul mate though.
Ross is the town veterinarian. He has a soft spot for all animals and apparently also for the new girl in Trusty. Even though he never dated anyone from Trusty or really dated at all. He falls hard and fast for Elisabeth and tries hard to dis-sway all of the rumors that are going around about her. He must be successful because soon everyone is ordering pies and asking her for grooming.
They spend their days apart but spend their nights together with all of their animals. You can see how much love they have for each other. And how much the Bradens include Elisabeth into the fold of the family.
I enjoyed listening to this book after reading it when it was first released. Ross was a Braden I've been excited to read about for a while! Ross is the town veterinarian. He is quiet, private, and prefers to stay away from gossip. Elisabeth is instantly subjected to rumors upon arrival. She grew up in California, but came to Trusty to take over her late aunt's business. She owned a pet pampering and bakery business of L.A. The question is, can she do that again in the small Colorado town?
Elisabeth and Ross also happen to be neighbors. They meet when one of Elisabeth's piglet is in danger and Ross is there to help. Both characters had an internal battle to fight, as well as an attraction to each other. Ross needed to get past his rule about not dating women in Trusty to avoid attention, and Elisabeth has to earn the trust and respect of the town to get her business off the ground. I read and listened almost nonstop to find out what happens! I highly recommend you do the same!
♥️ Ross and Elisabeth! Audiobook Review 🎧 Another wonderful, fun romance by Melissa Foster! Ross is a Vet in Trusty, CO, and one of still single men in the handsome Brayden family. Elisabeth Nash moved to Trusty to her aunt Cora’s farm after she passed away and took her piglet to Ross and chaos struck in the Vet’s waiting room. After that first meeting in Ross’ office, Ross made a house call to Elisabeth’s to check on the animals since she was his neighbor. Ross was not a man to fall for a woman easily, but he did for Elisabeth. Elisabeth was trying to fit in with the people of Trusty and always wanted to live there and really fell hard for Ross. I enjoyed watching their relationship build and seeing Elisabeth get close to his family and the rest of the community. It was a beautiful story with lots of laughs, romance and a few bumps in the road along the way! It’s always awesome seeing the rest of the Brayden clan join the story! Narration was very good. I am looking forward to listening to Emily’s story in the next book!
(Note this review is for the audible edition of the book.)
This book is a great addition to the Love in Bloom series by Melissa Foster. I love animals so a book about a veterinarian was sure to catch my attention and once it did, I could not stop listening.
Elisabeth is a free spirit who has returned to Trusty to try her hand at running the farm she inherited. She wants to fit into the close knit community but finds it hard to break the stigma of being a "California Girl."
A tiny pig brings Elisabeth to Ross's doorstep and into his well ordered life. Ross is serious about his veterinarian practice and about life in general so when he is seen about town with "Lissa" tongues start wagging! The rumor mill starts grinding but will the community welcome Elisabeth with open arms?
I enjoyed the book and the story is well written and narrated. Ross and Lissa and their menagerie captured my heart and this book is well worth taking the time to listen to.
I love these romance stories by Melissa Foster. I had originally downloaded this one a couple years ago and recently rediscovered it when I had a chance to listen to the audiobook. All of Melissa's stories are stand alone, so reading them out of order (like I did!) doesn't matter. The reader does get to know different friends and family members and how they are interconnected if you choose to read the series though. This story of Ross and Elisabeth was just perfect. A spunky, headstrong heroine, and a thoughtful, caring, educated (and HOT!) cowboy hero. From the beginning when they are introduced by her little piglet to following their new love as it develops and the passion they have for each other, I just loved this story and the characters. The audiobook did a good job of conveying the emotion and the pace of the book too. Elisabeth has a heart of gold and won't give up, and Ross loves her for it.
First, I have been looking forward to Ross Braden's story, and Melissa Foster did not disappoint. I love dogs, so I enjoyed all the ones that are in this book. I also really love how Ross is usually so in control. Then, I enjoyed meeting Elisabeth, with an "s". She is such a sweet person, and I like how she preferred the small town life, instead of her life in Hollywood. Together, they are just perfect. I very much loved listening to the book, every day as I went back and forth to work. I think B.J. Harrison is one of the best narrators there is. The way he alters his voice, I can really keep up with who is saying what, and I can just picture it in my head. This is a 5+ book and a 5+ narrator, so that equals a perfect 10.
Melissa keeps impressing book after book. Ross is the kind of book boyfriend you fall in love with. He is an animal lover and loves him momma. As the town vet Ross thinks he as seen it all until a piglet enters his practice. The piglet is followed by a woman he has never seen before. Ross has one rule about dating. He doesn’t date girls within town. Elisabeth is new in town after her aunt passes away and she inherits her farm and business. Coming from LA to Colorado is quite the change and people are so open to her. Ross befriends Elisabeth and as they get to know each other their respect and love grows. This book has a sweet climax to the main event.
I love Ross and Elisabeth. Once again Melissa Foster has provided us her unique brand of writing brought to life by the voice of BJ Harrison. Each of the Braden romances are emotion filled tender stories and Flirting with Love is no different. Elisabeth returns to Trusty, CO as an adult after inheriting her Aunt Cora’s farm and pie baking business. She meets Ross when she shows up at his vet office with the runt piglet of a new litter. And the fun begins. This delightful story will make you laugh and give you “feel good” goose bumps as the other Braden fiancee’s befriend Elisabeth. You might even shed a tear or two as a result of the compassion for other animals. I highly recommend this audiobook.
I absolutely love Ross and Elisabeth. They are perfect for each other and I love their love of animals and each other. Ross is the town Vet and stays away from dating Trusty women. Elisabeth is new in town and taking over her Late aunt's pie business. She wants to make Trusty home and tries to get the people of Trusty to like and trust her like they did her Aunt Cora. She and Ross meet and he wants to do nothing but get to know her and get the people of Trust to like and trust her.
B.J Harrison is the narrator and he always makes you feel like you are right there in the story. He does great changing his voice for each character whether it is male or female and young or old.
Melissa has penned another super fun story. B. J. Harrison narrates the audiobook and he is wonderful. Ross Brayden is a veterinarian in his hometown of Trusty, Colorado. He also trained dogs for Pup Partners, a service dog program ran by a prison. Elisabeth Nash ran into his office with a piglet in a panic. The piglet got away from her and caused havoc in the waiting room. She had moved from L. A. to Trusty after her Aunt Cora died. The aunt had a farm next to Ross's property. They both heated up when they looked at each other. Ross thought she was hotter than hell. Such a fun read with laughs!
I received this audiobook free for an honest review. Again, Melissa Foster served up a hit in this next book in her series. Moving to a new town can be frightening, and Elisabeth is not an exception. Ross never dates anyone in his small town. However, the chemistry with the new girl in town is outstanding. The author delivers another story that never disappoints. The story sucks you in from the beginning and doesn't let you loose until the end. Even then, you finish and still want more. That is probably why each of her books are unique and the listener/reader gets addicted. The narrator does a good job with the characters and their personality in this story and brings it to life.
Flirting with Love was another great read by Melissa Foster. This is Love in Bloom: The Bradens, Book Ten. I listened to the audiobook and absolutely loved how B.J. Harrison brought life to the characters. Elisabeth has always wanted to return to the small town of Trusty, Colorado. This was the town that she spent time with her aunt. She meets Ross when she returns to Trusty after the death of her aunt. Ross is the vet where Elisabeth brings a piglet. I loved Ross and Elisabeth's story and can't wait to read more by Melissa Foster.
I love this story and adore Ross Braden & Elisabeth Nash and all the pups too of course. I don't blame Elisabeth for wanting to live in Trusty, I want to move there too! There are some emotional moments due to Ross's job that made me sad but otherwise this was just such a sweet and uplifting love story. The fact that it has a swoonworthy Braden man in it, makes it even more wonderful! I love the banter between all the Bradens and can't seem to get enough of them. And as always, BJ Harrison as narrator, rocks it again!
