Great Advice to Help People Who Spend too Much Time Worrying.

Very helpful book, although it's a bit short. Good advice on how to relax and savor every bit of your life, instead of being a pessimist. Also shows how to let the past and future be put in order of importance, in order to get the most satisfaction out of the present moment. Live for right now without any regrets or worries. Life is short--enjoy every moment of it!

Good read

Enjoyed a quick overview of what it is to meditate and to be mindful. Not a lot of unwelcome jargon and easy enough to read in a couple of hours. I plan to do a quick review of some of the exercises so as to incorporate them into my life. A small book good for anyone seeking s more peaceful way of living. Not religious albeit a little new agey.
