Was recommended this short book by a friend, as it details a trend of sexual abuse in the American RCC over the last couple centuries, involving priests, cardinals, bishops, and even multiple popes that were aware of the abuse and did nothing to hold the guilty accountable or seek restitution for the abused. It also makes efforts to trace a line of infiltration into the RCC from Freemasons, Frankists, Satanists, Luciferians, and the Brethren of the Free Spirit, forming a secret cabal within the Catholic Church that condone and perpetuate ritual sexual abuse, and shuftle various priests and bishops to new locations when their nefarious acts come to light. I also found it very interesting getting to learn about the line of descent from Freemasonry to Mormonism, as well as Freemasonry to Scientology to the Process Church of the Final Judgement...all of which involve various forms of ritual sexual abuse, Lucifer worship, and claims of either divinity or reincarnation of Jesus Christ. This book does put forth some theories and assertions, but it also drops actual names and confirmed instances of abuse. It's dark, but it's worth knowing.

(Side note: This book * desperately* needs an editor and a reprint. The info and the stories are valid and definitely worth learning about, but the book is littered with so many typos and grammatical/punctuation errors that it became frustratingly distracting and might decrease the reader's likelihood of giving this topic the gravity it deserves. There was even a section where the author misspelled the same word three times in a single page! Seriously, how difficult would it have been to proofread each chapter of the book a couple times before printing? The sourcing was also really funky and largely relied on paraphrased quotes. I don't doubt the victims' testimonies, or even the author's conclusions, but the sourcing could have been clearer/stronger so that the book wouldn't read so much like one man's opinion)

I read this book online using a PDF file. It was free to download. It was an easy read but not academic. It lacked documented support in the way of references hence it felt more like one guy's perspective. I have no doubt that much of what is described in the book actually happened as published in the press but not much else could be substantiated. For this reason I would not recommend the work.
