A good and helpful book, I picked it up to better understand the supervision relationship from the point of view of the supervisee who it wasn't really aimed at. The chapters read well independently, and chapters 1 (about CBT style and values) and 5 (models of CBT supervision) were particularly good. I found the chapter on self-care to be very short and not very helpful, so that was dissapointing, but the rest of the book was helpful for what I needed.
