PART 1:

Even before the accident Beast was crude, "oh." He blinks. His face goes shrewd. "You want to eff me." After the accident he's still a big boy so it didn't affect him down there, "his d*** is hard. And huge. My God, I can see every line of it in those tight pants, and it's as flawless as my recollection: a high-priced dildo, sized XL." I know these books are serials but really Ella you had to end it before we got an answer? I'm ready for the next one.
PART 2:
Our Beast of a man likes the keep momentos, " I move to tuck the thong into my bra, and he steps to me, snatching it away before I even pull the neckline of my blouse down. "mine," he says flatly." Our man is a crude one, "what kind of person aren't you, Angel? The kind of person who effs without a thought? Who spends half of the day flat on her back, being pounded to oblivion? Or is it me? You're not the kind of person who effs someone like me?" He also clears things up of Annabelle, "you're not a wh**e. You're my wh**e. If I want to pay you for your time, it's because I take care of what is mine." Ladies there is a bigger cliffhanger this time around so I'm anxiously waiting for part 3.

Woah baby we got some action in this installment, and the cliffhanger is by far the worst one in this series. Annabelle that girl is determined to get to her man and well Beast he's let's just say emotionally unstable at this point, "I know you're dead, and you should go away," I murmur up against her thigh. "but I can't let you go yet. I just have to taste you first." Lick my way toward her c**t. "If you're still here when I'm done, I'm going to eff you - hard." Alright I'm thinking the next installment is the final one so I'm ready for a happily ever after for these two character.

This series was not what I expected. It was better. Books 1-3 were enticing and enough to make you love-hate Beast (aka Ricardo). Book 4 was the best in the series. My feelings towards Ricardo changed and more of the good in him was visible. he did what he had to in order to survive in a corrupt justice/prison system. I'm glad for the HEA as both Angel and Ricardo went through hell to get there. The entire series held my interest and I was glad to have all 4 so I could straight through!

It’s entertaining.
For me though, it was too unrealistic. I couldn’t get myself into it the same way as with the others because it was just too unbelievable. I need something that makes me believe it’s plausible — not likely, but plausible.
This book therefore fell a little short for me, but I will give it that it was entertaining enough.
Compared to the others (in the Erotic Fairy Tales series by James) I couldn’t connect with the characters in this the same way either. Maybe if I had read this before one of the others, but alas, this just wasn’t it for me.
It felt kind of rushed too, and while a lot happened and there was a lot of action, I just couldn’t get immersed.
It’s not too long of a read though, so for just a mindless, entertaining read it did it’s job.

Read as part of Erotic Fairy Tales: The Complete Box Set: Red & Wolfe, Hansel, and Beast.
The characters and story sucked me right in, even though I didn't actually "get" her, I was interested enough to keep reading.
The sex was hot, if a bit sudden and violent. I don't really understand why she went along with it. Obsession and lust seem to be driving forces there, but again, this is straight erotica, so looking for deeper meaning in the plot seems like cheating.

It's a miracle I even finished this story. The characters were shallow or just plain stupid. And in Beast's case, hypocritical. He sends his dad to rehab and in the next chapter is doing drugs himself. Then tried to justify him speeding and doing drugs was just an accident.
Character flaws aside overall the plot was weak and poorly written just like Red and Wolfe and Hansel. I only didn't quit on this book since I had bought it already and was determined to finish it.

(Explícitos). Sentí que este libro fue puro porno, en serio. La trama está más o menos, muy mal desarrollada, pero bien narrada. La narración es en primera persona de parte de los dos, así que ahí empezó mal. Tienen una bonita historia de amor ya que lograron huir de La Rosa porque siento que ahí, debido a lo desalentador que era su futuro. Final feliz después de tanto caos. No lo recomiendo. Créanme, tenían sexo a cada rato, en cualquier lugar.

I would've loved more details regarding what happens once things come to a head, with Annabelle's mom, the DA and the sadistic shit he was pulling in the prison. And I can't say anything else without spoiling it. But oh my God this was so hot, dirty, and GOOD! It didn't take me very long to read it, but maybe that's because I was hooked!

Sadly this is my least favorite of the erotic fairy tales by Ella James. The premise was good in the beginning, but things went so weird I just couldn't get into it. The ending wrapped up entirely too quick and didn't acknowledge way too many loose ends. I'd go into more detail, but I hate spoilers and can't think of more to say without them. If you can pick the whole series up cheap like I did I would tell you to be your own judge and perhaps you'll like it more than I did. I however would not pay more than .99 for all four parts personally.

I don’t remember exactly when I read this last year, but I just didn’t like it. It was too much for me- too much sex, too much violence, too much inanity. It just didn’t work for me at all from the get go and then got incredibly worse by my estimation. Maybe because I have no way at all to connect to the darkness in these books and for me the story was completely implausible. I just couldn’t get behind it. This little series just made me sad. The writing was okay, but they weren’t for me.
