cerita putri-putrian lagi...cukup standar...menikah dengan pengawalnya...tapi yang bikin seru...alasan mereka akhirnya menikah itu...kayaknya paling seru dibanding sama serial yang lain

Almost 3 but the "...eh" feeling when I finish this tells me a lot.
It has so many tropes I adore (brooding touch-starved man who's cut himself off, fake marriage with a ticking clock, royal mismatch). But the surface is barely scratched. Which really sums up the whole book.
The story moves along but the plot is thin & all parts easily resolved. The characters have good moments, but they lack lasting impact and also they tend to circle the same thought/motivation again and again. There's no tension (aside the obvious that this is a romance & it will be hea) that this will resolve anything but he'll realize he loves her too and they'll be blissful thereafter, because the conflict is all easily hurdled formalities without a lot of actual conflict within the characters.
Maybe what I'm saying is this book is a lot of tell & very little show, in the ways that axiom matters.
Never read the others in this series -- this one was passed along to me. But reading it without context was fine, as is usually wanted from a category.

Opravdu je tak těžké udržet, jestli budou počešťovat jména? Tady a v Královské misi se mluví např. o Kateřině, která je ale ve „své“ knížce (Tajemná princezna) Katherine.

IMHO zvláštně používá čárky.

Dari cerita 5 bersaudara keluarga kerajaan, ini kedua yang paling seru setelah Undercover Princess-nya Suzzanne Brockmann.
Saya suka cerita putri (atau siapapun) yang harus dijaga oleh pengawal pribadi dan terus ada bumbu-bumbu asmara di antara keduanya (baik 2 arah atau 1 arah pada awalnya).
Apalagi karna cara nikahnya yang kesannya impulsif. Hahaha.. seru!
Nyesel juga ngejual buku ini. :p

The hero and heroine married quick for many reasons. Mostly so the heroine could continue the secret search for her brother. However when the heroine realizes the assignment and task of finding her kidnapped biological brother is almost over, she knows it's time to divorce her husband the hero. Only the hero isn't so sure he wants to let her go, ever!
