Imagine a world that has been torn apart by war, then imagine a world that has been torn apart by war and Bio Chemical Warfare. Stacie's life has been turned upside down ever since the day the acid rain fell from the skies and turning normal , loving and caring people into vicious blood thristy creatures that now roam the scarred and empty streets. As she tries to stay one step ahead of the creatures she wonders if she will always be on her own but in this new changed world wouldn't it be safer to stay ALONE?

Excellent Story Line
I enjoyed this book. The main character Stacie, went through many tangled interactions. This book told Stacie's whole story in one volume which was a very nice change. Too many series books that readers get invested in that never are finished. Lots of monster action with several types of zombies. Marauder groups, good communities, and people trying to survive the new world in the best way possible. There are a few editing and spelling errors but they do not take away from the story or the characters. Very good zombie novel.
