Horrible. This is for 3 year olds. I didn't learn anything new, that I didnt already know from working for Jim or any of the State Farm agents. This is all routine, standard, part of any marketing campaign for fin planners and ins agents.
I hated the part about gifts to clients - branded everything from water bottles, Post it notes, chip clips, stress balls, piggy banks...who needs more of this garbage? People throw it away and into the landfill it goes. Atrocious. Insincere. I wouldn't trust this person at all. If you want to show true gratitude, know what your customer wants and give them an unbranded gift. Put a branded sticker on it if you must. How about a plant? Idk. Just dont fill the landfills with your own branded garbage.
