This book is actually lovely. Mindfulness has been a great comfort to me in recent years and this is one of the books that I think will really help people. I borrowed my book from the library however, the book gives the reader many chances to jot down thoughts and different activities, I really liked the set out of it and I feel it gave me a good experience with the book.

Great tool for bringing mindfulness into your life. The weekly exercises are fun to do and super helpful.

This book gives you practice in mindfulness over the course of a year. It gives you something different to concentrate on each week.
