This book is actually lovely. Mindfulness has been a great comfort to me in recent years and this is one of the books that I think will really help people. I borrowed my book from the library however, the book gives the reader many chances to jot down thoughts and different activities, I really liked the set out of it and I feel it gave me a good experience with the book.
